For all of the above, in the framework of this operation, we consider the execution of the following actions:_x000D_ — Construction works of the Youth Hostel, Centre of_x000D_ Interpretation and adaptation of the camping area in the_x000D_ Park Sequia Mare: The building and camping area se_x000D_ will be located in the reserved spaces in the central area_x000D_ Sequia Mare Park located on Avenida de la Comunidad Europea (plots of 2.626 m² and 14.800 m² respectively). In the design of the building, criteria will be adopted to create flexible and multifunctional spaces, which respond to the demand for a new pole of tourist, cultural and sports attraction, harmonising the uses of the annexed camping area and the park’s cyclonetonal trails._x000D_ With regard to the interpretation center, this will be configured as a didactic space, where the customs of the comarca are described and paid homage to the “Sequia Mare” as a great work of hydraulic engineering of the area and promoter of the development of the towns of the Lower Marina. Por todo lo anterior, en el marco de esta operación, se contempla la_x000D_ realización de las siguientes actuaciones:_x000D_ - Obras de construcción del Albergue juvenil, Centro de_x000D_ Interpretación y adecuación de zona de acampada en el_x000D_ Parque Sequia Mare: El edificio y la zona de acampada se_x000D_ ubicarán en los espacios reservados en la zona central_x000D_ Parque Sequia Mare situado en la Avenida de la Comunidad Europea (parcelas de 2.626 m2 y 14.800 m2 de superficie respectivamente). En el diseño del edificio se adoptarán criterios de creación de espacios flexibles y multifuncionales, que respondan a la demanda de un nuevo polo de atracción turística, cultural y deportiva, armonizando los usos de la zona de acampada anexa y los senderos ciclopeatonales del parque._x000D_ Respecto al centro de interpretación, este se va a configurar como un espacio didáctico, donde se describen las costumbres de la comarca y se rinde homenaje a la “Sequia Mare” como gran obra de ingeniería hidráulica de la zona e impulsora del desarrollo de las poblaciones de la Marina Baja._x000D_ La adecuación de la zona de acampada comprende la construcción de módulos de aseos y duchas, la construcción de un recinto tipo pérgola que sirva como comedor al aire libre, la instalación de fuentes o puntos de agua y otro tipo de mobiliario, el vallado del recinto y la adecuación de la zona de camping y multiaventura._x000D_ - Dotar a la ciudad de nuevos edificios e infraestructuras para el fomento de la convivencia multicultural._x000D_ - Poner en valor el espacio público Sequia Mare como activo etnográfico-cultural y turístico de la ciudad de Benidorm.
