Objectives: Development of bioactive platforms for endoscopic treatment of colon and rectal cancer (CCR), which allow the release of drugs, with mechanical and bioactive activity. Methodology: 1)-Prevention of recurrence of after endoscopic resection of CRC, by applying bioactive hydrogels in an experimental model of RCC by azoxymethane in rats. 2)-Bioactive endoscopic treatment of malignant colon stenosis by: a) Develop biodegradable platforms through irreversible crosslinking generated by 3D printing, by combining different biomaterials. B)-Optimisation of the design of Bio3D structures: cylindrical structure for the treatment of stenosis, or laminar to cover extensive mucous defects. C)-Incorporate specific RCC treatments and check the therapeutic efficacy of Bio3D platforms in an experimental model of azoxymethane colon cancer 3) Use Bio3D platforms as a matrix on which to settle host cells by culture, to accelerate physiological reepithelisation after endoscopic resection.
