Trabajos de la mejora de la envolvente térmica del edificio con la incorporación de un Sistema de Aislamiento Térmico Exterior (SATE) en fachada, así como a los trabajos en bajo-cubierta que comprenden la incorporación de aislamiento térmico sobre el forjado._x000D_ Con la ejecución de estos trabajos, en su conjunto, se ha de mejorar la eficiencia energética del edificio, que con este sistema se pretende la reducción de la demanda energética por climatización, de su mejora estética, además de reducirse como consecuencia las emisiones de C02 además de fomentarse el ahorro y evitando condensaciones, con esto lo que se consigue reducir el mantenimiento y se le añade valor al mismo.
