EN CONCRETO, EN EL PROYECTO SE EVALUARA EL GRADO DE BIODEGRADACION ENANTIOSELECTIVA QUE SUFREN LOS CONTAMINANTES QUIRALES EN AGUAS RESIDUALES TRAS SU TRATAMIENTO DE DEPURACION (PLANTAS EDAR) QUE EMPLEEN LODOS ACTIVADOS COMO BIORREACTOR. PUESTO QUE LA INVESTIGACION MEDIOAMBIENTAL HA INFRAESTIMADO LA (ECO)TOXICIDAD DIFERENCIAL DE LOS ENANTIOMEROS Y APENAS EXISTE INFORMACION SOBRE DEGRADACION ENANTIOSELECTIVA, SE PUEDE AFIRMAR QUE EN LA ACTUALIDAD EXISTE UNA EVALUACION INCORRECTA DEL RIESGO MEDIOAMBIENTAL Y SANITARIO RELACIONADO LAS AGUAS RESIDUALES TRATADAS. LOS ESTUDIOS SE CENTRARAN FUNDAMENTALMENTE EN FARMACOS QUIRALES DE ELEVADO CONSUMO HUMANO (ANTIINFLAMATORIOS, ANALGESICOS, ANTIDEPRESIVOS, SEDANTES, ANTIEPILEPTICOS), FARMACOS CARDIOVASCULARES (EJ. -BLOQUEANTES), CITOSTATICOS (MUY TOXICOS Y CON APARENTE BAJA DEGRADACION) Y PLAGUICIDAS QUIRALES INCLUIDOS EN LAS LISTAS PRIORITARIAS._x000D_ LOS OBJETIVOS A DESARROLLAR INCLUIRAN: (1) ESTUDIO DE LA BIODEGRADACION (NORMATIVA OCDE) DE CONTAMINANTES CON LODOS ACTIVOS DE DEPURADORA Y ELECTROFORESIS CAPILAR PARA MONITORIZAR LA DISMINUCION DE LA CONCENTRACION DEL CONTAMINANTE CON EL TIEMPO. SE SIMULARAN EN EL_x000D_ LABORATORIO LOS FENOMENOS DE PLANTA EDAR. (2) DESARROLLO DE METODOS (ELECTROFORETICOS Y CROMATOGRAFICOS) ENANTIOSELECTIVOS PARA LA SEPARACION DE LOS CONTAMINANTES QUIRALES. (3) ESTUDIOS DE BIODEGRADACION ENANTIOSELECTIVA DE CONTAMINANTES CON LODOS ACTIVOS DE DEPURADORA MEDIANTE ENSAYOS DE BIODEGRADABILIDAD Y ELECTROFORESIS CAPILAR (EKC). (DEL GRUPO AGUAS DE VALENCIA, S.A.) SOBRE LAS DISTINTAS ETAPAS DEL CICLO INTEGRAL DEL AGUA Y DE DESARROLLO DE LA NORMA I+D+I (ISO 166002:2002). LAS CONCLUSIONES OBTENIDAS PUEDEN RESULTAR TAMBIEN DE INTERES EN LOS ENTORNOS HOMOLOGADOS DE GAMASER S.L. QUE INCLUYEN VARIAS COMUNIDADES AUTONOMAS Y SUS TAREAS DE INSPECCION DE AMBITO NACIONAL. The STUDIES will focus FUNDAMENTLY on chiral pharmacies of HUMAN CONSUMPTION (ANTIINFLAMATORIES, analgesics, ANTIDEPRESIVES, SEDANTS, antiepileptics), CARDIOVASCULAR FARMACOS (e.g. -BLOQUEANTS), CYTOSTATICS (very TOXICOS AND WITH LOW DEGRADATION) and chiral PLAGUICIDAS included IN PRIORITARY LISTS._x000D_ OBJECTIVES TO DEVELOP shall include: (1) STUDY OF BIODEGRADATION (OECD REGULATION) OF CONTAMINANTS WITH ACTIVE SEWAGE SLUDGE AND CAPILLARY ELECTROPHORESIS TO MONITOR THE DECREASE IN THE CONCENTRATION OF THE POLLUTANT OVER TIME. Be simulated IN THE_x000D_ LABORATORY THE WAR PLAN PENOMENS. (2) DEVELOPMENT OF METHODS (ELECTROFORETIC AND CROMATOGRAPHIC) ENANTIOSELECTIVES FOR THE SEPARATION OF CHIRAL CONTAMINANTS. (3) STUDIES OF ENANTIOS-SELECTIVE BIODEGRADATION OF CONTAMINANTS WITH ACTIVE SEWAGE SLUDGE THROUGH BIODEGRADABILITY AND CAPILLARY ELECTROPHORESIS (EKC) TESTS. (4) SCALABILITY OF STUDIES AND TRANSFERABILITY OF DEGRADATION PROFILES, TO TRANSFER RESULTS FROM THE LABORATORY SCALE TO ACTUAL CONCENTRATION LEVELS IN WASTEWATER, COMBINING PRECONCENTRATION TECHNIQUES WITH MORE SENSITIVE ANALYTIC TECHNIQUES, SUCH AS LIQUID CHROMATOGRAPHING WITH MASS SPECTROMETRY (MS) DETECTION AND MASS SPECTROMETRY IN TANDEM (MS/MS). (5) DEVELOPMENT OF PREDICTIVE MODELS OF GLOBAL AND ENANTI-OSELECTIVE BIODEGRADATION, USING RESULTS FROM A SUFFICIENT NUMBER OF POLLUTANTS, AND DEFINING THE OVERALL AND ENANTIOSELECTIVO BIODEGRADATION PROFILE OF THE BIOLOGICAL AGENT STUDIED AND CREATING PREDICTIVE MODELS OF THE CAPACITY OF GLOBAL AND ENANTIOSELECTIVE BIODEGRADATION FOR NEW POLLUTANTS. (DEL GRUPO AGUAS DE VALENCIA, S.A.) ON THE DYSTINT ETAPAS OF THE INTEGRAL CYSTEM OF WATER AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE NORMA R & D+I (ISO 166002:2002). THE CONCLUSIONS OBTAINED MAY ALSO BE OF INTEREST IN THE APPROVED ENVIRONMENTS OF GAMASER S.L. WHICH INCLUDE SEVERAL AUTONOMOUS COMMUNITIES AND THEIR TASKS OF NATIONAL INSPECTION.
