IN THE EVL, RESEARCH WILL FOCUS ON OBTAINING HIGH-SPEED IMAGES OF TLES IN THE RANGE OF THE AML TO REVEAL THE MECHANISMS OF LIGHTNING DURING THE TLE. WE WILL ALSO STUDY THE RADIO BROADCASTS IN BROADBAND OF THE RAYS THAT PRODUCE TLES. IN SEARCH OF THE SOURCE OF THE TGF, WE WILL CONTINUE TO STUDY THE ENERGETIC EMISSIONS PRODUCED BY LIGHTNING AND DISCHARGES IN THE LABORATORY. THE EFFORTS WILL BE DIRECTED TO THE STUDY OF ELECTRON EXHAUST PROCESSES IN THE LIDERS/STREAMERS IN CONJUNCTION WITH THEIR ELECTROMAGNETIC MICROWAVE EMISSION. (English)
