La presente Operación tiene por objeto realizar acciones para la securización y el mantenimiento evolutivo de las herramientas de Administración Electrónica del Gobierno de Aragón. Los servicios engloban las actividades de securización de aplicaciones, soporte de segundo y tercer nivel y de desarrollo evolutivo y perfectivo orientadas a mantener operativas las aplicaciones que soportan los servicios de Administración Electrónica. Dichas aplicaciones cubren los principales entornos de servicios horizontales en materia de administración electrónica de todo el Gobierno de Aragón. La Dirección General de Administración Electrónica y Sociedad de la Información es la responsable de las aplicaciones que permiten que la tramitación electrónica de los procedimientos administrativos se produzca y requiere del continuo desarrollo, mantenimiento y evolución de las aplicaciones corporativas de Administración Electrónica.
