El objetivo es impulsar las políticas de Govern Obert de la Generalitat de Cataluña, unificando en un mismo espacio, la home de Govern Obert y los tres portales que se derivan: Datos Abiertos, Participación Ciudadana, y Transparencia._x000D_ En el marco del proyecto, se está rediseñando la estructura y ampliando los contenidos y funcionalidades de cada uno de los tres portales y se está llevando a término diversos subproyectos interrelacionados, especialmente en el ámbito de la Transparencia y los Datos Abiertos._x000D_ La apertura y publicación online de los datos, en muchos casos, no sólo implica que los responsables de esta información dentro de la Administración la faciliten para su publicación, sino que también requiere el desarrollo de nuevas aplicaciones tecnológicas que faciliten su gestión y exportación, así como la creación de visualizaciones de los datos que contribuyen a una mejor comprensión de la información por parte de la ciudadania. The objective is to promote the different politics of the Govern Obert (Open Government) of the Generalitat of Catalonia and to interconnect them under the same space home of Govern Obert and other three web portals: Open Data, Citizen Participation and Transparency._x000D_ _x000D_ Within the framework of the project the structure is being redesigned and the contents and functionalities of each of the portals. It involves the execution of other sub-projects that condition it, especially in the field of Transparency and Open Data. _x000D_ _x000D_ The opening and online publication of data, in many cases not only involves facilitate information by different responsible within the Administration structure, but also requires the development of new technological applications to improve the management and export of the information, the creation of data visualizations for a better understanding on the part of citizens.
