El objetivo principal del presente proyecto es el de obtener una sustancial mejora tanto de los servicios tecnológicos internos y externos de IGENOMIX, orientando las mejoras a optimizar el trato con el paciente. Así, se va a desarrollar una aplicación de un portal para el empleado para mejorar la comunicación colectiva y el grado de conocimiento de los profesionales de la empresa en cualquier momento, así como una nueva y mejorada herramienta de gestión de la relación con los pacientes, un CRM, y finalmente una aplicación para la optimización de la captación de nuevos pacientes.
