Zavod RAZVOJ Maribor, z enoto v Martjancih, bo v sodelovanju z Občino Moravske Toplice, pristopil še k izvedbi novega tradicionalnega (vsakoletnega) Zvitorepčevega festivala, ter večjega števila drugih pred in po festivalskih dogodkov s področja kulture, kot tudi s področja drugih spremljevalnih programov (šport, kulinarika, ekološko kmetovanje, etno običaji, literatura, film, animirani film…). Programi usposabljanja so namenjeni ciljni skupini brezposelnih oseb, za njihovo usposobitev za samostojno in skupinsko delo na področju razvoja novih idej in programov ter same organizacije in izvedbe različnih dogodkov s področja kulture, katerih vsebine bodo prispevale k večji usposobljenosti osmih (8) brezposelnih oseb ter njihovi večji zaposljivosti za delo na področju kulture oz. pri vsakoletni organizaciji in izvedbi različnih načrtovanih aktivnostih, še posebej pri delu z osebami najbolj ranljivih skupin. Training programmes are aimed at the target group of unemployed persons, their training for independent and collective work in the field of development of new ideas and programmes, as well as the organisation and implementation of various cultural events, the contents of which will contribute to the increased competence of eight (8) unemployed persons and their employability for work in the field of culture or in the organisation and implementation of various planned activities, especially when working with people of the most vulnerable groups.
