Se pretende restaurar y poner en valor bienes de interés cultural que pertenecen al patrimonio histórico municipal. Las actuaciones se realizarán de forma muy respetuosa con la obra original (BIEN DE INTERES CULTURAL), recuperando sus valores, considerando que se va a intervenir en un bien cultural de primera magnitud en sí mismo, actuando en bienes patrimoniales tales como el Palacio del Infante D. Luis o el puente situado en la Avenida España. Se rehabilitarán las edificaciones en general teniendo en cuenta que van a ser edificaciones para Usos Múltiples, realizando dicha rehabilitación con los sistemas de construcción e instalaciones necesarias con arreglo a la normativa vigente. It is intended to restore and value cultural assets that belong to the municipal historical heritage. The performances will be carried out in a very respectful way with the original work (BIEN DE INTERES CULTURAL), recovering its values, considering that it is going to intervene in a cultural property of first magnitude in itself, acting in patrimonial assets such as the Palace of the Infant D. Luis or the bridge located on Avenida España. The buildings will be rehabilitated in general taking into account that they will be buildings for Multiple Uses, carrying out said rehabilitation with the construction systems and necessary installations in accordance with the current regulations.
