PLANTUR es una aplicación SaaS (software as a service) que consiste en una solución innovadora que permite automatizar el complejo proceso de definición de turnos de trabajo en el sector industrial y de servicios. _x000D_ PLANTUR será capaz de realizar una perfecta gestión de los turnos de trabajadores en una empresa y elaborar un calendario que, por un lado, mantendrá al personal más motivado, puesto que establece turnos equilibrados que respetan la conciliación de la vida laboral con la familiar y la conciliación de los ritmos circadianos de los trabajadores; y por otro, la optimización del uso de recursos humanos en el proceso productivo, cubriendo las ausencias, vacaciones y pudiendo calcular los refuerzos necesarios para una subida puntual en la producción._x000D_ Para ello, incorporará una serie de algoritmos que analizarán toda la información existente, la procesarán y generarán de forma automática una previsión de las necesidades existentes en al empres así como una propuesta de asignación de turnos.
