Esta operación consiste en la modernización de la Administración Electrónica y los servicios públicos a través de TIC en línea y soluciones que permitan y mejoren la gestión urbana por parte de los gestores públicos. Ello permite dotar de un mayor alcance a la población en lo que a gestión de servicios municipales se refiere. Todo ello está en concordancia con los objetivos que persigue el OE 2.3.3._x000D_ _x000D_ Se pretende avanzar en el desarrollo de una Administración Local Abierta, según la LA1. Redes Inteligentes, facilitando la realización de trámites municipales mediante la mejora de los servicios de atención y tramitación, modernizar las infraestructuras de red y la mejora del acceso a banda ancha entre edificios públicos. También se pretende conseguir un entorno virtualizado desde el punto de vista de los servidores y escritorios remotos, así como concentrar los recursos y hacer más versátil y dinámico el entorno. _x000D_ _x000D_ El desarrollo e implantación de servicios ayudarían a gestionar los servicios de Administración Electrónica existentes, así como los nuevos que se pretenden implantar. A continuación, se detallan las inversiones que se llevarían a cabo vinculadas a la ampliación de los servicios de Administración electrónica: _x000D_ _x000D_ 1. Servidor en el que se ubicarán los recursos necesarios para el procesamiento de la información, con virtualización de servidores en backup, sistema de replicación en otra dependencia, etc., que cuente con medidas de acontecimiento y seguridad. _x000D_ _x000D_ 2. Modernización de las infraestructuras de red basadas en comunicaciones Wimax junto a la actualización del material informático._x000D_ _x000D_ 3. Aplicaciones de Administración Electrónica para la realización de gestiones y trámites, pago de tributos y tasas._x000D_ _x000D_ 4. Instalación de equipamiento a ciudadanos para la autogestión de trámites. (Spanish)

This project aims to modernise e-government and public services through on-line ICT and solutions that enable and improve urban management by public managers. This allows for a greater outreach to the population in terms of the management of municipal services. This is in line with the objectives of SO 2.3.3._x000D_ _x000D_ The aim is to make progress in the development of an Open Local Administration, according to LA1. Intelligent networks, facilitating the carrying out of municipal procedures by improving care and processing services, modernising network infrastructures and improving broadband access between public buildings. The aim is also to achieve a virtualised environment from the point of view of servers and remote desktops, as well as to concentrate resources and make the environment more versatile and dynamic. _x000D_ _x000D_ The development and implementation of services would help to manage the existing Electronic Administration services, as well as the new ones that are to be implemented. The following is a list of the investments that would be made in relation to the expansion of eGovernment services: _x000D_ _x000D_ 1. Server on which the necessary resources for processing the information will be located, with virtualisation of servers in backup, replication system in another unit, etc., which will have event and security measures. _x000D_ _x000D_ 2. Modernisation of network infrastructures based on Wimax communications together with the updating of computer material._x000D_ _x000D_ 3. Electronic Administration applications for carrying out management and procedures, payment of taxes and fees._x000D_ _x000D_ 4.
