"La operación ""Seguridad Social Digit@l"" tiene por objeto las actuaciones que se realizan en sede electrónica, en identificación y firma, en documentos y archivos, apoderamiento y representación, registro, notificaciones, seguridad e interoperabilidad de los procedimientos en materia de Seguridad Social, así como las acciones para la necesaria transformación digital de la organización. Estas actuaciones se realizan a nivel nacional, esta operación recoge la parte correspondiente a Castilla-La Mancha. _x000D_ _x000D_ Su finalidad es la adecuación a las Leyes 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, y 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, de Régimen Jurídico del Sector Público, que suponen una de las mayores transformaciones administrativas en la relación de los ciudadanos y las empresas con la Administración, de manera que la tramitación electrónica se convierte en la actuación habitual de las Administraciones."
