Obiectivul general al proiectului constă ȋn îmbunătăţirea gradului de siguranţă şi securitate pe calea ferată. Proiectul contribuie la realizarea acestui obiectiv prin: • deplasarea în condiții de siguranță a persoanelor și bunurilor; • reducerea costurilor generate de defecţiuni (scurt circuit, întrerupere de circuit, variaţiile tensiunilor de alimentare, influenţele unor surse de perturbaţii etc.); • cele mai defavorabile situaţii trebuie sa aiba ca efect blocarea macazurilor pe poziţia în care se găsesc, trecerea semnalelor pe oprire dacă anterior se aflau pe liber şi semnalizarea deranjamentului; • creșterea eficienței activității de operare și întreținere a rețelei de cale ferată din România. The overall objective of the project is to improve safety and security on the railway. The project contributes to this objective by: • safe movement of persons and goods; • reducing the costs of failures (short circuit, circuit break, variations in power voltages, influences of some sources of disturbances, etc.); • the most unfavourable situations should have the effect of blocking the switches in the position in which they are located, passing the signals to the stop if they were previously on the loose and signaling the disturbance; • increase the efficiency of the operation and maintenance of the Romanian railway network.
