    Obiectivul general al proiectului - implementarea unui program integrat de informare, instruire, consiliere, asistenta si alte servicii suport pentru promovarea si dezvoltarea economiei sociale, cu scopul infiintarii a 21 noi intreprinderi sociale (ISuri) in mediul rural, contribuind astfel la dezvoltarea economiei sociale si crearea de noi locuri de munca in regiunea Centru. Obiectivul proiectului este in concordanta cu obiectivele POCU 2014-2020 si contribuie la realizarea obiectivului general al axei 4 prin corelarea obiectivului general cu obiectivul specific 4.16, prioritatea de investitii 9v prin promovarea antreprenoriatului social ca o optiune viabila de cariera si de dezvoltare a comunitatilor locale, dezvoltarea competentelor necesare si sustinerea initiativelor antreprenoriale sociale, in vederea stimularii ocuparii pe cont propriu. Proiectul abordeaza integrat infiintarea de noi ISuri, asigurand toate etapele de la informarea potentialului antreprenor cu privire la oportunitatile oferite de cariera antreprenoriala (campania de promovare a antreprenoriatului social), formare in domeniul antreprenoriatului social (110 persoane selectate pentru cursurile de antreprenor in economia sociala (cod COR 112032) si manager de intreprindere sociala (cod COR 112036)), si asistenta in elaborarea planului de afaceri (110 persoane), selectie a celor mai bune 21 idei de afaceri in cadrul unei competitii deschise publicului larg, subventionarea celor mai bune 21 planuri de afaceri si asistenta, consultanta si monitorizarea afacerii. Proiectul va pune accent deosebit pe selectia acelor idei sustenabile de afaceri ancorate in realitatea locala. Proiectul raspunde cerintelor din anexa 9 POCU privind indicatorii de realizare comuni specifici programului, aducandu-si aportul la realizarea indicatorilor 4S63 Entitati de economie sociala (din care din zona rorala) sprijinite (21 din 743 tinta pentru 2023); 4S62 Entitati de economie sociala (din care din zona rorala) infiintate urmare a sprijinului primit (21 din 594 tinta pentru 2023) si 4S61 Entitati de economie sociala (din care din zona rorala) care functioneaza la 6 luni dupa terminarea sprijinului 21. Deprinderea si consolidarea competentelor din domeniul antreprenoriatului social realizata atat in cadrul cursurilor de formare (manager si antreprenoriat social) cat si in urma intalnirilor cu alti antreprenori si specialisti in domenii precum management, marketing, vanzari, logistica, CSR/promovare online, etc au ca efect pozitiv imediat/termen lung o larga perspectiva asupra oportunitatilor de pe piata locala/globala, evaluarea corecta a riscurilor privind ideea de afaceri, evaluarea corecta a pasilor de dezvoltare a afacerii si dimensionarea financiara a ideii.     The general objective of the project is to implement an integrated program of information, training, counselling, assistance and other support services for the promotion and development of the social economy, with the aim of establishing 21 new social enterprises (ISuri) in rural areas, thus contributing to the development of the social economy and the creation of new jobs in the Centre region. The objective of the project is in accordance with the objectives of POCU 2014-2020 and contributes to the achievement of the general objective of Axis 4 by linking the general objective with specific objective 4.16, investment priority 9v by promoting social entrepreneurship as a viable career and development option of local communities, developing the necessary skills and supporting social entrepreneurial initiatives, in order to stimulate self-employment. The project addresses integrated the establishment of new ISuri, providing all the steps from informing the potential entrepreneur about the opportunities offered by the entrepreneurial career (the campaign to promote social entrepreneurship), training in social entrepreneurship (110 persons selected for the social economy entrepreneur courses (code COR 112032) and social enterprise manager (code COR 112036)), and assistance in developing the business plan (110 people), selecting the best 21 business ideas in a competition open to the general public, subsidising the best 21 business plans and assistance, consulting and monitoring the business. The project will place special emphasis on the selection of those sustainable business ideas anchored in local reality. The project meets the requirements of Annex 9 POCU on common output indicators specific to the programme, contributing to the achievement of 4S63 Social Economy Entities (of which from the Roral area) supported (21 out of 743 target for 2023); 4S62 Social economy entities (of which from the roral area) established as a result of the support received (21 out of 594 target for 2023) and 4S61 Social economy entities (of which from the roral area) which operate 6 months after the end of support 21. Learning and strengthening the competences in the field of social entrepreneurship achieved both in training courses (manager and social entrepreneurship) and following meetings with other entrepreneurs and specialists in areas such as management, marketing, sales, logistics, CSR/online promotion, etc. have the immediate/long term positive effect on the opportunities on the local/global market, the correct risk assessment of the business idea, the correct assessment of the steps of business development and the financial dimensioning of the idea. At the personal level these benefits entail increased independence (because it is the entrepreneur who makes decisions and makes things have a certain direction set by himself), responsibility and prestige (because destiny (English)
