Dezvoltarea de politici publice alternative in domeniul protectiei mediului corelate cu cerintele europene pentru sectorul emisiilor atmosferice antropice si al calitatii aerului in Romania si dosarul de mediu al tarii noastre. Obiectivul general al proiectului este corelat cu ,,OS 1.1 POCA : Dezvoltarea și introducerea de sisteme și standarde comune în administrația publică ce optimizează procesele decizionale orientate către cetățeni și mediul de afaceri în concordanță cu SCAP’’ si contribuie esential la realizarea acestuia si a tuturor obiectivelor de program care vizeaza promovarea unei administratii publice moderne care sa vina in sprijinul cetateanului si sa faciliteze dezvoltarea economica si sociala a Romaniei pe de-o parte, iar pe de alta sa propuna noi strategii si politici in domeniile publice in care tara noastra are inca deficiente. Grupul tinta al proiectului format din reprezentanti ai ONG-urilor din domeniul protectiei mediului, reprezentanti ai institutiilor statului, reprezentanti ai partenerilor sociali, va beneficia de propunerile din politicile elaborate in cadrul proiectului pentru a-si desfasura activitatile publice si private din sectorul protectiei mediului si dezvoltarii durabile, mai eficient. De asemenea, formarea membrilor grupului tinta in domeniul protectiei mediului, mai specific calitatea aerului si dezbaterea publica privind oportunitatea si importanta acestor propuneri de politici pentru sectorul respectiv, sunt beneficii pentru grupul tinta si societatea romaneasca in general. Reglementari au existat si exista in domeniul emisiilor atmosferice antropice ai al calitatii aerului insa acestea trebuiesc directionate spre reducerea emisiilor de particule fine in suspensie, fapt pentru care sunt necesare politici in domeniu. Astfel, prin obiectivul sau proiectul contribuie atat la realizarea obiectivelor Strategiei pentru Consolidarea Administratiei Publice din Romania 2014-2020 care isi propune prin actiuni concertate menite sa modernizeze si sa aduca la standarde Europene, administratia publica din tara noastra prin implicarea societatii civile in decizia administrativa, ducand astfel la atingerea obiectivelor Strategiei Europa 2020. Rolul partenerilor sociali in formularea de politici publice alternative este foarte important deoarece acestia sunt capabili sa prezinte efectiv problemele cu care se confrunta sectoarele public si privat din tara noastra si prin intermediul propunerilor acestora sa le si rezolve, facilitand astfel atat actul administrativ cat si buna functionare a societatii in ansamblul sau. Developing alternative public policies in the field of environmental protection correlated with the European requirements for the sector of anthropogenic atmospheric emissions and air quality in Romania and the environmental dossier of our country. The overall objective of the project is linked to,OS 1.1 POCA: Developing and introducing common systems and standards in public administration that optimises decision-making processes oriented towards citizens and business environment in line with SCAP" and contributes essential to its achievement and all programme objectives aimed at promoting a modern public administration to support the citizen and facilitate the economic and social development of Romania on the one hand, and on the other to propose new strategies and policies in the public domains in which our country still has shortcomings. The target group of the project consisting of representatives of NGOs in the field of environmental protection, representatives of state institutions, representatives of social partners, will benefit from the proposals from the policies developed within the project to develop their public and private activities in the environmental protection and sustainable development sector, more efficiently. Also, the training of the target group members in the field of environmental protection, more specifically air quality and public debate on the opportunity and importance of these policy proposals for the respective sector, are benefits for the target group and the Romanian society in general. Regulations have existed and exist in the field of anthropogenic air emissions of air quality, but they must be directed towards reducing emissions of fine particulate matter, which requires policies in the field. Thus, through its objective, the project contributes both to the objectives of the Strategy for Strengthening the Public Administration in Romania 2014-2020, which aims through concerted actions aimed at modernising and bringing to European standards the public administration in our country by involving the civil society in the administrative decision, thus achieving the objectives of the Europe 2020 strategy. The role of the social partners in formulating alternative public policies is very important because they are able to effectively present the problems faced by the public and private sectors in our country and through their proposals to solve them, thus facilitating both the administrative act and the proper functioning of the society as a whole.
