Scopul prezentului proiect este de a implementa o serie actiuni care sa conduca la realizarea unei planificari strategice a activitatii din domeniul sanatatii, in speta crearea unui plan viabil care să guverneze sistemul de sanatate în domeniul Cancerului (introducerea de sisteme si standarde comune – protocoale comune de lucru in structurile sanitare de specialitate). Printre actiunile propuse enumeram: • Evaluarea si armonizarea cadrului legislativ national (cu cele mai bune practici existente la nivel international) pentru definirea coerenta a masurilor de preventie si control al cancerului precum și asigurarea accesul la tratament egal al tuturor pacienților; • Stabilirea modalităților prin care pacienții bolnavi de cancer au acces la serviciile de sănătate; • Stabilirea modului de finanțare a serviciilor medicale din domeniul cancerului; • Stabilirea modului de organizare a serviciilor medicale din domeniul cancerului; • Stabilirea modului de control al serviciilor medicale din domeniul cancerului; • Stabilirea modului de acces al pacientilor la terapii innovative (care de cele mai multe ori este dificil și scump – să ofere terapii innovative modelate pe situațiile specifice din Romînia). Totodată Ghidul Specific pentru Cererea de proiecte POCA/ 513/1/1 (IP14/2019) aigură Sprijin pentru acțiuni de consolidare a capacității autorităților și instituțiilor publice centrale. Obiectivul general al proiectului il reprezinta dezvoltarea si introducerea de sisteme si standarde comune în domeniul cancerului menite sa optimizeze procesele decizionale - reprezentate de reglementari (acte normative, proceduri, ghiduri, etc.) (Romanian)

The purpose of this project is to implement a series of actions that will lead to the achievement of a strategic planning of the activity in the field of health, in the case of creating a viable plan to govern the health system in the field of cancer (introduction of common systems and standards – common working protocols in specialised health structures). Among the proposed actions we list: • Evaluation and harmonisation of the national legislative framework (with international best practices) in order to define coherent measures to prevent and control cancer and to ensure access to equal treatment for all patients; • Establish ways in which cancer patients have access to health services; • Setting out how to finance cancer healthcare; • Establishing how to organise cancer-related healthcare services; • Establishing how to control cancer healthcare; • Establishing the way patients have access to innovative therapies (which is often difficult and expensive – to offer innovative therapies modeled on specific situations in Romania). At the same time, the Specific Guide for Project Application POCA/513/1/1 (IP14/2019) Support for actions to strengthen the capacity of central public authorities and institutions. The general objective of the project is the development and introduction of common systems and standards in the field of cancer aimed at optimising the decision-making processes – represented by regulations (regulatory acts, procedures, guidelines, etc.) (English)
