    Obiectivul general il reprezinta creșterea participării la programele de formare profesională continuă a angajatilor din regiunile mai putin dezvoltate, cu prioritate pentru 651 adulți cu un nivel scăzut de calificare și persoanele cu vârsta de peste 40 ani, din zone rurale defavorizate; acesta se va realiza prin dezvoltarea si implementarea unui set complex de masuri integrate si personalizate, care vizeaza imbunatatirea statutului pe piata muncii, prin imbunatatirea aptitudinilor si a competentelor grupului tinta. Proiectul prin rezultatele sale si prin indicatorii de rezultat imediat contribuie la atingerea obiectivelor specifice prezentului apel de proiecte finantat prin POCU, respectiv contribuie la atingerea OS 6.12 prin cresterea ocuparii pentru 375 (57,5%) de persoane din grupul tinta - angajati, respectiv 66 persoane (10%) vor urma studii/cursuri de formare la încetarea calității de participant. Concret, la nivelul proiectului rezultatele obtinute prin implementarea activitatilor (A1, A2, A3) vor contribui la crearea unui efect pozitiv pe termen lung si la atingerea obiectivelor propuse – generale si specifice, astfel: - minimum 651 de persoane (persoane cu nivel scăzut de calificare, persoane din mediul rural, persoane cu vârsta peste 40 de ani) vor beneficia de servicii de informare si consiliere, prin A 1.2, ce au ca scop evaluarea competentelor, si sustinerea motivationala continua pentru dezvoltarea carierei si participarea la programe de FPC - 4S114 - minim 651 de persoane vor participa la prin Activitatea A3 la cursuri de formare profesionala (initiere, specializare, calificare nivel II) relevante pentru regiunile de implementare, din care 521 persoane (80%) vor dobandi o calificare cu impact pozitiv asupra cresterii sanselor de ocupare - 4S110 - minim 651 persoane vor beneficia de un sistem de inovativ de dezvoltare personala si sprijin educational personalizat prin consiliere online si accesul la o platforma de elearning, implementat in cadrul proiectului, 375 isi vor imbunatatii ocuparea - 4S111 sau vor urma alte forme de invatamant - 4S112 - in proiect sunt prevazute masuri de cooperare trans-nationala si transfer de bune practici, in special prin participarea la o vizita de studiu (Romanian)

    The general objective is to increase participation in continuous vocational training programmes for employees in less developed regions, with priority for 651 low-skilled adults and people over 40 years of age in disadvantaged rural areas; it will be achieved by developing and implementing a complex set of integrated and personalised measures aimed at improving the status on the labour market, by improving the skills and competences of the target group. The project through its results and through the immediate result indicators contributes to the achievement of the specific objectives of this call for projects financed by POCU, respectively contributes to the achievement of OS 6.12 by increasing the employment for 375 (57.5 %) of people from the target group – employees and 66 persons (10 %) will follow studies/training courses upon leaving the participant. Concretely, at the project level, the results obtained through the implementation of the activities (A1, A2, A3) will contribute to the creation of a positive long-term effect and to the achievement of the proposed objectives – general and specific, as follows: — at least 651 persons (low-skilled people, people from rural areas, people over 40 years old) will benefit from information and counselling services, through A 1.2, which aim to assess skills, and to support continuous motivational support for career development and participation in CVT programs – 4S114 – minimum 651 persons will participate in through Activity A3 in vocational training courses (initiation, specialisation, level II qualification) relevant to the implementation regions, out of which 521 people (80 %) will acquire a qualification with a positive impact on the growth of employment opportunities – 4S110 – minimum 651 people will benefit from an innovative system of personal development and personalised educational support through online counseling and access to an elearning platform, implemented within the project, 375 will improve their employment – 4S111 or will follow other forms of education – 4S112 – in the project are foreseen trans-national cooperation measures and transfer of good practices, in particular by participating in a study visit (English)
