El objetivo principal del presente proyecto es la implantación de un software para la gestión de las relaciones con el cliente (CRM), AHORA EXPRESS CRM, en la compañía PLASFESA PRODUCTS, S.L., en adelante PLASFESA, así como su integración en el sistema ERP existente en la empresa. Adicionalmente, y con la finalidad de asegurar la compatibilidad total y funcionalidad plena con cualquier tipo de dispositivo electrónico (Tablet, Smartphones, ordenadores portátiles, ordenadores de sobremesa, etc.), se considera, como objetivo secundario, el aprovisionamiento e instalación del equipamiento informático y de las herramientas informáticas necesarias para ello. The main objective of this project is the implementation of a software for managing customer relationships (CRM), NOW EXPRESS CRM in the company PLASFESA PRODUCTS, SL, hereinafter PLASFESA and its integration into the existing ERP system in the company.
