Main objective, JM FILLING SOLUTIONS aims to develop a new rotary capper for high speed multi-format capability, which adds full control of the position of both the boat and the cap through a set of machine vision systems and software Position control , capable of controlling the rotational position of the boat relative to the cap, according to the conditions. This system allows the corking aerosol caps asymmetric and complex shapes with the addition of being able to position the front of the cap, coincides with lithography or label aerosol. Innovation raised in the project will be the development of a new technology that will provide a corking technology solution solid foundation to the technical challenge of sealing or capping aerosols. Aerosols are packaging systems today have become an everyday item, and there is a wide variety of products in sectors as diverse as home, personal care, industrial applications, food or pharmaceutical uses. This new system will offer customers of this (English)
