Los objetivos de proyecto se orientan a completar y mejorar la capacidad de los laboratorios de caracterización de óptica integrada. En particular se solicita la adquisición de 2 sistemas de micro/nano posicionamiento de 6 ejes para dotar dos bancos ópticos de medida de chips ópticos a nivel de oblea y a nivel de chip individual respectivamente. The project objectives are oriented towards completing and improving the current capacity of our integrated photonics characterization laboratories. In particular we aim to incorporate two 6-axis micro/nano positioning systems to equip one optical bench setup dedicated to in-wafer characterization and another to equip an optical bench setup dedicated to diced chip characterization.
