El Programa de Transformación Digital de la Protección Social tiene el objetivo de transformar la protección social hacia una administración digital acercándola a la ciudadanía garantizando la facilidad, la omnicanalidad, y sobre todo las condiciones adecuadas de seguridad y fiabilidad de la información, creando nuevos sistemas de información (tSocial y dSocial) que asuman, de forma gradual, los servicios de las aplicaciones actuales del Departament de Treball, Afers Socials i Famílies._x000D_ _x000D_ Este programa desarrollará las siguientes funciones y objetivos:_x000D_ _x000D_ - Mejorar y desarrollar sistemas de información para la gestión de prestaciones sociales._x000D_ - Incrementar la capacidad de gestión de la información y su interacción con otros sistemas de información._x000D_ - Homogeneizar e integrar en un modelo común los diferentes procedimientos existentes._x000D_ - Implementar un modelo de relación multicanal, con experiencia de usuario/a integrada sin fisuras entre la innovación y las TIC._x000D_ - Dirigir la Administración hacia un modelo de organización orientada a la gestión de la información. The Digital Transformation of the Social Protection Program aims to transform Social Protection towards digital administration and bring it to citizens, ensuring the ease, the omnichannel, and especially the safety and reliability conditions through creating new information systems (tSocial & dSocial) which are programmed to gradually assume the current applications of the Departament de Treball, Afers Socials i Famílies._x000D_ This program pretends to achieve the following functions and objectives:_x000D_ -Improve and develop information systems for the management of social benefits._x000D_ -Increase the capacity of information management and its interaction with other information systems._x000D_ -Standardize and integrate different existing procedures in one common model._x000D_ -Implement to a multi-channel model of relationship, with an integrated and seamless user experience between innovation and ICT._x000D_ -Manage the Administration towards a model of information management-oriented organization.
