Se propone la adquisición de una plataforma instrumental para Lipidómica, Proteómica y Metalómica (HULiProM), configurando un ambicioso plan que dote al tercio sur de España de una infraestructura singular no existente. Ello va a permitir una oferta científico-tecnológica nueva que integra el abordaje de problemas bajo una perspectiva múltiple lipidómica, proteómica y metalómica. El sistema tiene, por tanto, un perfil singular con competencias innovadoras, capaz de impulsar la investigación de primer nivel, prestar apoyo al tejido social y económico de la zona y contribuir a su progreso y avance científico y económico. _x000D_ La plataforma HULiProM permitirá disponer de todo el conjunto de tecnologías necesarias para el estudio de los diversos componentes de los sistemas biológicos, los sistemas medioambientales, la salud los alimentos y el beneficio de los recursos naturales. Asimismo, permitirá aumentar el beneficio del medio agrícola y marino, así como la realización de estudios de geoquímica ambiental y de procesos relacionados con el beneficio de elementos y componentes de valor tecnológico y estratégico a partir de residuos o efluentes mineros. _x000D_ La propuesta ha despertados el interés no solo de los grupos e investigadores del centro (RENSMA) que presenta la solicitud, sino de otros centros dedicados a la investigación, y de investigadores y grupos externos a la Universidad de Huelva que avalan la solicitud (Spanish)

We propose the acquisition of an instrumental platform for Lipidomics, Proteomics and Metalomics (HULiProM), configuring an ambitious plan that will provide to the southern third of Spain with a unique infrastructure that does not exist. This will allow a new scientific-technological offer that integrates the approach of problems under a multiple lipidomic, proteomic and metalomic perspective. The system has, therefore, a unique profile with innovative competences, capable of boosting top-level research, providing support to the social and economic field of the area and contributing to its progress and scientific and economic progress._x000D_ The HULiProM platform will provide the entire set of technologies necessary for the study of the various components of biological systems, environmental systems, health, food and the benefit of natural resources. Likewise, it will allow increasing the benefit of the agricultural and marine environment, as well as conducting studies of environmental geochemistry and processes related to the benefit of elements and components of technological and strategic value from waste or mining effluents._x000D_ The proposal has aroused the interest not only of the groups and researchers of the center (RENSMA) presenting the request, but of other centers dedicated to research, and of researchers and groups outside the University of Huelva that endorse the request (English)
