Předmětem projektu jsou stavební práce a úpravy stávajícího bytového domu č.p.175 na parc.č. st.475 v k.ú. Opatov. Tyto práce budou zaměřeny zejména na zlepšení tepelně-technických vlastností obálky budovy za účelem snížení energetické náročnosti. Dalším aspektem regenerace tohoto BD bude dílčí zlepšení jeho užitných vlastností, které spočívá v úpravě částečně zapuštěných lodžií, regeneraci a rekonstrukci klempířských, zámečnických a jiných konstrukcí, okapových chodníků, oken v 1.PP apod.
