Předmětem projektu jsou stavební úpravy objektu bytového domu v ul. J. K. Tyla č.p. 443 a 444 ve městě Kynšperk nad Ohří, za účelem snížení energetické náročnosti objektu. Pro snížení energetické náročnosti objektu je navrženo zateplení veškerých obvodových stěn nad úrovní podlahy v 1NP až k úrovni střešní konstrukce, zateplení soklu obvodové stěny a zateplení balkónové konzoly.
