Smyslem projektu je snížení energetické náročnosti bytového domu investora - Společenství vlastníků Kaznějov, Poštovní 390, 391. Předmětem navržených staveb. úprav je zateplení objektu v rozsahu stanoveném energetickým auditem. Dojde k zateplení fasád budovy certifikovaným systémem, výměně zábradlí lodžií, výměně části okenních výplní, opravě vstupních schodišť a zateplení střešního pláště. Řešený objekt je v plném rozsahu využíván jako bytový dům, nachází se v něm celkem 16 bytových jednotek. (Czech)
