Projekt "Revitalizace bytového domu ? obec Obytce č. p. 78" je zaměřen na zateplení a výměnu zdroje tepla ve zmíněném bytovém domě. V rámci projektu bude provedeno zateplení obálky budovy, zateplení střechy a 1. PP, výměna oken a dveří a výměna zdroje tepla za plynový kondenzační kotel. Cílem projektu je zlepšení tepelně-technických vlastností konstrukce obálky budovy včetně výměny zdroje tepla, čímž dojde ke snížení konečné spotřeby energie a tím pádem i ke snížení emisí skleníkových plynů.
