El objeto principal de este proyecto consiste en la mejora de la eficiencia energética de la envolvente térmica de los tres edificios que forman el conjunto, mediante la rehabilitación de fachadas – exteriores, casetones y patios-, vuelos -planta primera, aleros de cubierta - y pavimentos de terrazas (para reducir puentes térmicos). _x000D_ Las fachadas de patios, casetones de cubierta y vuelos, se rehabilitarán con paneles rígidos de poliestireno expandido, y acabado de mortero acrílico._x000D_ Las fachadas principales se resolverán con distintas soluciones de fachada ventilada:_x000D_ • En los petos de las galerías se plantea un aislamiento térmico a base de espuma de poliuretano proyectado, y un revestimiento exterior mediante bandejas realizadas con panel de aluminio tipo composite. _x000D_ • En los paramentos con aplacados de piedra, se proyecta un aislamiento térmico a base de paneles de lana de roca, y un acabado con chapa de granito. _x000D_ En las terrazas, se colocará un nuevo pavimento de baldosas filtrantes de poliestireno extruido. The main purpose of this project is to improve the energy efficiency of the thermal envelope of the three buildings that make up the whole, through the rehabilitation of facades - exteriors, coffered ceilings and patios -, flights - first floor, roof eaves - and terrace pavements (to reduce thermal bridges)._x000D_ The facades of patios, deck coffees and flights, will be rehabilitated with rigid panels of expanded polystyrene, and acrylic mortar finishing._x000D_ The main façades will be resolved with different solutions of ventilated facade:_x000D_ • In the galoshes of the galleries there is a thermal insulation based on projected polyurethane foam, and an outer covering by trays made with composite aluminum panel._x000D_ • In the walls with stone cladding, a thermal insulation based on rock wool panels is projected, and a finish with granite veneer._x000D_ On the terraces, a new pavement of extruded polystyrene filter tiles will be placed.
