Obsahem projektu je nákup 18 trolejbusů ve třech etapách. Cílem projektu je zvýšení podílu nízkopodlažních bezemisních vozidel pro zajištění dopravní obslužnosti ve městě Pardubice podle Smlouvy o veřejných službách v přepravě cestujících. Dojde také k snížení negativního dopadu dopravy na zdraví a živ. prostředí, zlepšení dostupnosti MHD pro osoby se sníženou mobilitou, zvýšení atraktivity a kvality MHD.Výstupy projektu jsou určeny pro uživatele MHD a obyvatele Pardubic.
