Cílem realizace projektu je vytvoření nových strategických dokumentů, jejíchž potřebnost vychází z požadavků norem a zákonů, následně z vedení a provozu samotného města Šlapanice. Jedná se o vytvoření 7mi strategických dokumentů pro řízení klíčových aktivit oblastí rozvoje města. Realizací těchto aktivit dojde k propojení a optimalizaci plánování procesů a zkvalitnění strategického řízení, kdy výstupy z těchto aktivit budou přínosem jak pro MÚ města Šlapanice, tak i pro širokou veřejnost.
