Předmětem projektu jsou stavební úpravy přinášející snížení energetické náročnosti provozu multifunkčního objektu. V budově je umístěna knihovna pro veřejnost, dílna, spolková místnost sloužící i jako volební místo, garáže a v přízemí se nachází služební byt. Objekt využívá zejména SDH. Opatření spočívají v zateplení objektu, výměně výplní otvorů, změně zdroje vytápění a změnou paliva z původního el. vytápění na vytápění plynem. Rovněž bude rekonstruováno sociální zázemí a služební byt. (Czech)
