Creșterea participării la programe de învățare la locul de muncă a 185 elevi din învățământul secundar și terțiar non-universitar din unitati scolare din Dolj (ISCED 2 – 4 nivel de calificare 3 - 5), prin stimularea dialogului si incheierea de parteneriate cu agenti economici din sectoarele economice cu potențial competitiv identificate conform SNC și din domeniile de specializare inteligentă conform SNCDI in vederea realizarii stagiilor de practica, prin consiliere si orientare in cariera si prin activitati de sprijin a sistemului de invatare la locul de munca care sa faciliteze trecerea de la educație la muncă a celor 185 elevi si angajarea a 39 dintre ei. Increasing the participation in work-based learning programs of 185 students from secondary and tertiary non-university education in Dolj school units (ISCED 2-4 qualification level 3-5), by stimulating dialogue and partnership with economic agents from economic sectors with competitive potential identified according to the NCNS and in the fields of smart specialisation according to SNCDI in order to achieve internships, through career counseling and guidance and through activities supporting the learning system in the workplace that will facilitate the transition from education to work of 185 students and employ 39 of them.
