Předmětem projektu je transformace projektové kanceláře MŽP na centrální za účelem zkvalitnění řízení a koordinace projektů v rámci celého rezortu. Projektu bude spočívat zejména v úpravě metodiky projektového řízení a jejím rozšíření o finanční řízení projektů a řízení portfolia projektů, dále pak o aktivity spojené metodickou podporou projektových manažerů a řízení projektů v krizi. Projektová kancelář bude provádět školení projektového řízení pro MŽP i RO a upravy metodiky pro potřeby RO. (Czech)
