Proiectul are ca obiectiv general facilitarea tranzitiei din sistemul institutionalizat catre viata independenta si sprijinirea integrarii socio-profesionale a 130 de persoane, membri ai grupului tinta, prin dezvoltarea si furnizarea de servicii la nivelul comunitatii. Datorita sprijinirii integrarii socio-profesionale, prin cresterea accesului la servicii sustenabile si de inalta calitate, a unui numar de 130 de persoane cu grad ridicat de vulnerabilitate (dintre care 56 de persoane care au parasit sistemul de protectie incepand din anul 2016, cu varsta maxima de 25 ani la momentul intrarii in proiect, respectiv 74 de persoane institutionalizate, copii si tineri cu varsta minima de 16 ani in momentul intrarii in proiect), proiectul se incadreaza in AP4 – Incluziunea sociala si combaterea saraciei, vizand Obiectivul tematic 09 privind promovarea incluziunii sociale, combaterea saraciei si a oricarei forme de discriminare, fiind relevant fata de prioritatea de investitii 9.iv a POCU. Prin dezvoltarea si furnizarea de servicii comunitare pentru persoanele din grupul tinta, in vederea dezvoltarii abilitatilor necesare pentru a putea avea o viata independenta la parasirea institutiei rezidentiale, in vederea facilitarii integrarii pe piata muncii, precum si in vederea asigurarii unei locuinte, proiectul va contribui in mod direct la realizarea obiectivelor specifice 4.12 si 4.13 din cadrul POCU. Serviciile oferite in cadrul proiectului pentru membrii grupului tinta vor avea efecte pozitive pe termen lung din mai multe persepective: 1. Datorita imbunatatirii abilitatilor de viata independenta si nivelului crescut de dezvoltare personala, obtinute ca urmare a serviciilor acordate in cadrul A1, copii si tinerii din grupul tinta vor avea sansa de a conduce o viata autonoma de succes, pe termen lung. 2. Datorita imbunatatirii abilitatilor de a-si planifica o cariera in baza unei identitati vocationale bine conturate, datorita invatarii unei meserii cerute pe piata muncii, precum si datorita imbunatatirii abilitatilor de a cauta, gasi si mentine un loc de munca, membrii grupului tinta vor avea sansa de a se integra pe piata muncii pe termen lung. 3. Datorita sigurantei unei locuinte, oferite prin proiect in cadrul A3, membrii grupului tinta vor avea sanse crescute de integrare sociala pe termen lung. Toate acestea vor duce la o tranzitie de succes din sistemul institutionalizat de protectie catre o viata independenta, si la integrarea socio-profesionala sustenabila a membrilor grupului tinta. Proiectul va avea un impact pozitiv si asupra domeniului protectiei copilului, sprijinind obiectivul strategic in domeniu privind tranzitia de la ingrijirea institutionala a copiilor la ingrijirea comunitara, prin asigurarea conditiilor de mediu favorabil formarii deprinderilor de viata independenta pentru toate cele 130 de persoane din grupul tinta, prin sprijinirea integrarii pe piata muncii a 60 de persoane din grupul tinta, precum si prin acordarea de sprijin (Romanian)

The general objective of the project is to facilitate the transition from the institutionalised system to independent life and to support the socio-professional integration of 130 people, members of the target group, by developing and providing services at community level. Due to the support of socio-professional integration, by increasing access to sustainable and high quality services, a number of 130 people with a high degree of vulnerability (56 of whom have left the protection system since 2016, with the maximum age of 25 years at the time of entering the project, respectively 74 institutionalised persons, children and young people aged at least 16 years old when entering the project), the project fits into AP4 – Social inclusion and combating poverty, targeting thematic objective 09 on promoting social inclusion, combating poverty and any form of discrimination, being relevant to POCU investment priority 9.iv. By developing and providing community services for people in the target group, in order to develop the necessary skills in order to have an independent life when leaving the residential institution, in order to facilitate integration on the labour market, as well as to ensure a home, the project will contribute directly to the achievement of specific objectives 4.12 and 4.13 of the POCU. The services offered within the project for the members of the target group will have long-term positive effects from several persepectives: 1. Due to the improvement of independent living skills and the increased level of personal development, obtained as a result of the services provided under A1, children and young people from the target group will have the chance to lead a successful, long-term autonomous life. 2. Due to the improvement of the skills to plan a career based on a well-defined vocational identity, due to the learning of a job demanded on the labor market, as well as the improvement of the skills to look for, find and maintain a job, the members of the target group will have the chance to integrate into the labour market in the long term. 3. Due to the safety of a home, offered through the project within A3, the members of the target group will have increased chances of long-term social integration. All this will lead to a successful transition from the institutionalised protection system to an independent life, and to the sustainable socio-professional integration of the members of the target group. The project will also have a positive impact on the field of child protection, supporting the strategic objective in the field of transition from institutional care of children to community care, by providing environmental conditions conducive to the formation of independent life skills for all 130 people in the target group, by supporting the integration of 60 people from the target group on the labour market, as well as by providing support (English)
