Obiectivul general al proiectului il reprezinta dezinstitutionalizarea prin inchiderea centrului de plasament nr. 6 din judetul Covasna, acordarea de servicii suport pentru 32 copiii in casutele de tip familial in etapa de tranzitie de la centrul de plasament la servicii comunitare (casute de tip familial), elaborarea de masuri in comunitate pentru prevenirea separarii copilului de familie. Totodata, proiectul vizeaza servicii integrate pentru minim 63 de copii expusi riscului, asigurarea serviciilor de consiliere si sprijin pentru acestia precum si sprijin material si financiar in vederea reintegrarii in familie pentru minim 32 de copii. Prin implementarea acestui proiect se urmareste si derularea de campanii de informare cu privire la drepturile copilului precum si promovarea egalitatii de sanse si nediscriminarii in comunitati din judetul Covasna cu scopul de a crea si incuraja accesul la servicii sociale de calitate si specifice copiilor/familiilor aflati in situatie de risc. Proiectul propus spre finantare rapsunde obiectivelor specifice ale apelului: Obiectiv specific 4.12 Reducerea numărului de copii și tineri plasați în instituții prin furnizarea de servicii la nivelul comunității Obiectiv specific 4.13 Creșterea numărului tinerilor care părăsesc sistemul instituționalizat (cu vârsta de până la 18 ani) pregătiți pentru a avea o viață independenta (Romanian)

The general objective of the project is deinstitutionalisation by closing the placement center no. 6 in Covasna county, providing support services for 32 children in family homes in the transition phase from the placement center to community services (family-type households), developing measures in the community to prevent the separation of the child from the family. At the same time, the project aims at integrated services for a minimum of 63 children at risk, providing counselling and support services for them, as well as material and financial support in order to reintegrate into the family for a minimum of 32 children. The implementation of this project also aims to conduct information campaigns on children’s rights as well as to promote equal opportunities and non-discrimination in communities in Covasna county in order to create and encourage access to quality social services specific to children/families at risk. The project proposed for funding takes account of the specific objectives of the call: Specific objective 4.12 Reducing the number of children and young people placed in institutions through community-based service provision Specific objective 4.13 Increasing the number of young people leaving the institutionalised system (up to the age of 18) prepared for an independent life (English)
