Cresterea impactului direct asupra angajabilitatii a 285 de studenti ai Facultatii de Stiinte Economice si Gestiunea Afacerilor din cadrul Universitatii Babes Bolyai Cluj Napoca, implementand un sistem de imbunatatire a abilitatilor si cunostintelor relevante asigurat de un mix de interventii constand in organizarea unor stagii de practica in complementaritate cu activitatile de consiliere directa. Obiectivul va fi implementat in contextul dezvoltarii unui parteneriat solid cu potentialii angajatori, printre care un loc central il ocupa cei care sunt sau vor fi implicati in calitate de parteneri de practica. Prin atingerea obiectivului, proiectul “ STUDIAZA SI PRACTICA” aduce elemente cu valoare adaugata dezvoltarii profesionale si personale a membrilor GT prin introducerea unor elemente de practica ce competeaza educatia universitara. Proiectul se aliniaza obiectivelor strategiei EUROPA 2020, contribuind la atingerea lor prin asigurarea instrumentelor necesare pentru pregatirea unei forte de munca flexibile si adaptabila la cerintele pietei muncii, capabila sa utilizeze, in mod eficient, cunostintele si noile tehnologii existente prin promovarea utilizarii tehnicilor moderne de practica. Prezentul proiect isi propune imbunatatirea calitatii resursei umane, respectiv a studentilor din anii terminali licenta sau master ai UBB-FSEGA Cluj Napoca, prin dezvoltarea capacitatii de furnizare a solutiilor moderne de practica in paralel cu dezvoltarea aspectelor relevante pentru parteneriatul: universitate-intreprindere in sensul identificarii aspectelor de complementaritate a suportului oferit studentilor in desfasurarea stagiilor de practica, ceea ce va stimula ocuparea profesionala si in final va duce la cresterea gradului de ocupare si a ratei de participare pe piata muncii a grupului tinta. Increasing the direct impact on the employability of 285 students of the Faculty of Economic Sciences and Business Management of Babes Bolyai University Cluj Napoca, implementing a system of improvement of relevant skills and knowledge provided by a mix of interventions consisting of organising internships in complementarity with direct counseling activities. The objective will be implemented in the context of developing a solid partnership with potential employers, among which a central place is occupied by those who are or will be involved as partners of practice. By achieving the objective, the project “STUDIAZA AND PRACTICA” brings elements with added value to the professional and personal development of GT members by introducing elements of practice that are competent in university education. The project aligns with the objectives of the EUROPE 2020 strategy, contributing to their achievement by providing the necessary tools for preparing a flexible and adaptable workforce to the demands of the labour market, able to make effective use of existing knowledge and new technologies by promoting the use of modern practice techniques. The present project aims to improve the quality of the human resource, respectively of the students from the graduate or master years of UBB-FSEGA Cluj Napoca, by developing the capacity to provide modern practical solutions in parallel with the development of the relevant aspects for the partnership: University-Enterprise in the sense of identifying aspects of complementarity of support offered to students in carrying out internships, which will stimulate professional employment and ultimately increase the employment rate and participation rate of the target group on the labour market.
