Obiectivul general al proiectului este Creșterea numărului de angajați ai Endava Romania care își îmbunătățesc competențele prin participarea la cursuri specializare și perfecționare. Prin intermediul acestui obiectiv, proiectul răspunde priorității de investiții 10.iii prin actualizarea cunoștințelor, aptitudinilor și competențelor digitale avansate ale angajaților în cadrul unor programe de formare în domenii precum: metode agile de programare IT, Arhitectură bazată pe riscuri și costuri, infrastructura server Windows, limbaje de programare de tipul JAVA, .Net, Python, Angular Advanced, Node.js, testare manuala si automata, lucrul cu sisteme distribuite in Cloud, Oracle Fusion Technical, aplicație de tipul Service Now, curs Microsoft 365, cursul managementul serviciilor IT, cursuri de networking. Într-o lume marcată de schimbare și complexitate, piața tehnologiei se află într-o continuă transformare, iar companiile care câștigă sunt acelea care țin pasul cu inovația. Este important deci pentru Endava Romania, să își adapteze modul de lucru constant și să investească în dezvoltarea personalului său. Succesul depinde de implicarea și capacitatea fiecăruia de a decide și de a acționa. Potrivit Strategiei Naționale de cercetare, dezvoltare și inovare 2014 – 2020, Strategia susține tranziția de la competitivitatea bazată pe costuri la cea bazată pe inovare. Aceasta presupune dezvoltarea capacității firmelor de a absorbi tehnologie de ultimă generație, de a adapta aceste tehnologii la nevoile piețelor deservite, și de a dezvolta, la rândul lor, tehnologii sau servicii care să le permită progresul pe lanțurile de valoare. Astfel proiectul urmărește creșterea nivelului de cunoștințe /competențe /aptitudini legate de tehnologia informației prin participarea angajaților Endava la programe de formare avansate, astfel încât activitatea acestora să sprijine politicile și strategiile organizației referitoare la o piață a muncii active, consolidand conceptul ocupării durabile a forței de muncă. Angajații vor dobândi abilități cheie care îi sprijină în procesul de inovare, schimbare și adaptare la noile tendințe ale pieței muncii, fiind asigurată în acest fel, sustenabilitatea efectelor pozitive ale proiectului pe termen lung, atât la nivel de organizație cât și la nivelul regiunii. Pe de altă parte, programele de formare corespund nevoilor angajaților și îi vor ajuta sa obțină performanțe crescute, fie prin aprofundarea cunoștințelor și îmbunătățirea aptitudinilor pe care deja le dețin, fie prin dezvoltarea de noi competențe care să le asigure dezvoltarea carierei. The general objective of the project is to increase the number of employees of Endava Romania who improve their skills by attending specialisation and further training courses. Through this objective, the project responds to investment priority 10.iii by updating employees’ advanced digital knowledge, skills and competences in training programmes in areas such as: agile IT programming methods, Risk and cost-based architecture, Windows server infrastructure, programming languages JAVA,.Net, Python, Angular Advanced, Node.js, manual and automated testing, working with distributed systems in Cloud, Oracle Fusion Technical, Service Now app, Microsoft 365 course, IT service management course, networking courses. In a world marked by change and complexity, the technology market is constantly changing, and the winning companies are those who keep up with innovation. It is therefore important for Endava Romania to adapt its constant way of working and to invest in the development of its staff. Success depends on everyone’s involvement and ability to decide and act. According to the National R & D & I Strategy 2014-2020, the Strategy supports the transition from cost-based to innovation-based competitiveness. This means developing the capacity of firms to absorb state-of-the-art technology, to adapt these technologies to the needs of the markets served, and to develop technologies or services that enable them to advance in value chains. Thus, the project aims to increase the level of knowledge/skills/information technology skills through participation of Endava employees in advanced training programs, so that their activity will support the organisation’s policies and strategies related to an active labour market, strengthening the concept of sustainable employment. Employees will acquire key skills that support them in the process of innovation, change and adaptation to new labour market trends, thus ensuring the sustainability of the positive effects of the project in the long term, both at organisation and regional level. On the other hand, training programmes match the needs of employees and will help them achieve increased performance, either by deepening their knowledge and improving the skills they already possess, or by developing new skills to ensure their career development.
