Cresterea participarii, cu accent pe categoriile dezavantajate, la invatamantul tertiar si a a calitatii acestuia precum si reducerea abondonului studiilor universitare prin dezvoltarea si implementarea de oferte educationale inovative direct corelate cu piata muncii si economia nationala. Obiectivul general al proiectului contribuie la atingerea obiectivului Prioritatii de investiții – 10.ii. Îmbunătățirea calității și eficienței și accesul la învățământul terțiar și a celui echivalent în vederea creșterii participării și a nivelului de educație, în special pentru grupurile defavorizate, prin faptul ca activitatile proiectului vizeaza invatamantul tertiar, prin cei minim 480 de studenti actuali din regiuni mai putin dezvoltate (din care minim 300 studenti netraditionali, rural, roma sau CES) si 480 de elevi din ani terminali din regiuni mai putin dezvoltate, viitori studenti, ai acestui nivel de invatamant dar si minim 75 de cadre didactice din domeniu, din regiuni mai putin dezvoltate. Sunt vizate invatamantul horticol si cel de medicina veterinara, 2 domenii vitale pentru economia Romaniei, în care vor fi dezvoltate si 3 noi oferte educationale. Pe termen mediu lung, proiectul va contribui pe de o parte la cresterea notorietatii si vizibilitatii invatamantului tertiar agricol in randul liceenilor si va reprezenta o modalitate certa si dezirabila de realizare profesionala iar pe de alta parte va contribui la scaderea incidentei abandonului studiilor tertiare prin cresterea atractivitatii ofertei didactice datorita continutului inovativ al acesteia dar si abilitatilor substantial imbunatatile ale cadrelor didactice. Increasing participation, with a focus on disadvantaged categories, in third-country education and its quality, as well as reducing the abondon of university studies by developing and implementing innovative educational offers directly correlated with the labour market and the national economy. The general objective of the project contributes to achieving the objective of investment priority – 10.ii. Improving quality and efficiency and access to tertiary and equivalent education in order to increase participation and level of education, especially for disadvantaged groups, by the fact that the project activities target third-country education, through the minimum of 480 current students from less developed regions (of which at least 300 non-traditional, rural, Roma or CES students) and 480 students from terminal years from less developed regions, future students, of this level of education and a minimum of 75 teachers from less developed regions. Horticultural education and veterinary medicine are targeted, 2 areas vital for Romania’s economy, where 3 new educational offers will be developed. In the medium term, the project will contribute on the one hand to increasing the notoriety and visibility of agricultural tertiary education among high school students and will represent a certain and desirable way of professional achievement and on the other hand it will contribute to decreasing the incidence of abandonment of third-party studies by increasing the attractiveness of the teaching offer due to its innovative content but also to the substantially improved abilities of teachers.
