- Obiectivul general al proiectului: Creșterea oportunităților pentru încadrarea a 10.728 tineri NEETs șomeri înregistrați la Serviciul Public de Ocupare (SPO) prin stimularea mobilitații si subvenționarea locurilor de munca. Prin prisma obiectivului general, proiectul se subscrie obiectivului POCU de asigurare a integrării durabile pe piața forței de muncă a tinerilor NEET prin faptul că, pe de o parte, SPO va acorda facilităţi angajatorilor care încadrează în muncă, pe durată nedeterminată, tineri NEETs, iar pe de altă parte va acorda acestor tineri prime cu respectarea prevederilor legale la data stabilirii drepturilor, respectiv prevederi legale privind sistemul asigurărilor pentru șomaj și stimularea ocupării forței de muncă. De asemenea, proiectul se înscrie în Axa Prioritară 1 Inițiativa “Locuri de muncă pentru tineri”, prioritatea de investiții: 8.ii Integrarea durabilă pe piața forței de muncă a tinerilor, în special a celor care nu au un loc de muncă, care nu urmează studii sau cursuri de formare, inclusiv a tinerilor care se confruntă cu riscul excluziunii sociale și a tinerilor din comunitățile marginalizate, inclusiv prin implementarea garanției pentru tineri, Obiectivul Specific: 1.1. Creșterea ocupării tinerilor NEETs şomeri cu vârsta între 16 - 24 ani, înregistrați la Serviciul Public de Ocupare, cu rezidența în regiunile eligibile. Totodată, proiectul răspunde priorităților de politică publică ale MMJS, respectiv reducerea șomajului în rândul tinerilor și facilitarea integrării acestora pe piața muncii. Prin faptul că tinerii NEETs vor putea beneficia de aceste măsuri specifice active de ocupare, proiectul răspunde provocărilor identificate în ceea ce privește integrarea durabilă a tinerilor pe piața muncii și contribuie la rezolvarea ratei scăzute de ocupare a tinerilor precum și a reticenței angajatorilor de a angaja tineri. General objective of the project: Increasing the opportunities for employing 10,728 unemployed NEETs registered with the Public Employment Service (SPO) by stimulating mobility and subsidising jobs. In view of the general objective, the project subscribes to the POCU objective of ensuring the sustainable integration of NEETs into the labour market by, on the one hand, providing facilities to employers who employ, indefinitely, NEETs, and on the other hand will grant these young people bonuses in compliance with the legal provisions at the time of establishing the rights, namely legal provisions on the unemployment insurance system and employment stimulation. The project is also part of Priority Axis 1 Youth Employment Initiative, the investment priority: 8.ii Sustainable integration into the labour market of young people, in particular those not in employment, not in education or training, including young people at risk of social exclusion and young people from marginalised communities, including through the implementation of the Youth Guarantee, Specific Objective: 1.1. Increasing the employment of unemployed NEETs aged 16-24, registered with the Public Employment Service, residing in the eligible regions. At the same time, the project responds to the public policy priorities of the MJS, namely reducing youth unemployment and facilitating their integration into the labour market. By enabling NEETs to benefit from these specific active employment measures, the project responds to identified challenges in terms of sustainable integration of young people into the labour market and helps to address the low employment rate of young people as well as employers’ reluctance to hire young people.
