Cresterea participarii la programele de formare profesionala continua, în special pentru acei adulți cu un nivel scăzut de calificare și persoanele cu vârsta de peste 40 ani, din zone rurale defavorizate prin furnizarea de servicii de consiliere profesionala si tutorat, prin derularea programelor de formare profesionala continua Securitate Cibernetica Industriala, Tranzitia la Industry 4.0, Dezvoltarea digitala a Produselor, Fabricatia digitala a Produselor, Marketing, Vanzari, Finantarea Afacerii, Elaborarea planului de afaceri pentru 652 de angajati din toate regiunile mai putin dezvoltate (Centru, Sud-Est, Sud Muntenia, Nord-Est, Nord-Vest, Vest, Sud-Vest Oltenia). Competitivitatea pe piata muncii este direct determinata de nivelul de educatie si calitatea pregatirii educationale a resursei umane. Obiectivul general al proiectului va genera pe termen mediu si lung efecte pozitive in ceea ce priveste dezvoltarea capitalului uman si cresterea adaptabilitatii angajatilor pe piata muncii prin asigurarea concordanţei dintre formarea profesionala si cerintele locului de munca si generarea de noi oportunitati pentru angajati de a se integra cu succes pe o piata a muncii moderna. Contributia proiectului la atingerea Obiectivului Specific de program 6.12 “Creșterea participării la programele de formare profesională continuă, cu accent pe acei adulți, cu un nivel scăzut de calificare și persoanele cu vârsta de peste 40 ani, din zone rurale defavorizate, inclusiv prin recunoașterea și certificarea rezultatelor învățării dobândite în contexte non-formale și informale” este justificata prin prisma activitatilor derulate prin proiect, care au ca scop cresterea participarii la programele de formare continua pentru un grup tinta de 652 angajati: - activitati de consiliere profesionala si tutorat in vederea incurajarii participarii la programele de FPC (prin evaluarea personalitatii, dezvoltarea abilitatilor si increderii in sine); - activitati de formare profesionala in cadrul carora 652 de angajati vor dobandi competente profesionale (aferente cursurilor urmate) care le vor permite acestora sa desfasoare activitati specifice la locul de munca; - activitati de organizare a unei campanii online de informare si constientizare privind importanta participarii la programe de FPC. Prezentul proiect, prin interventiile si activitatile propuse, contribuie la atingerea Obiectivului tematic 10. “Investițiile în educație, formare și formare profesională pentru competențe și învățare pe tot parcursul vieții” prin cresterea participarii la FPC in special prin activitatea de consiliere profesionala si tutorat, care va avea in vedere sprijinirea angajatilor in scopul avansarii in cariera, formarea profesionala jucand un rol cheie in acest proces, precum si prin organizarea propriu-zisa a programelor de FPC Securitate Cibernetica Industriala, Tranzitia la Industry 4.0, Dezvoltarea digitala a Produselor, Fabricatia digitala a Produselor, Marketing, Va (Romanian)

Increasing participation in continuous professional training programs, especially for those low-skilled adults and people over 40 years old, from disadvantaged rural areas by providing professional counselling and tutoring services, by conducting continuous training programs for Industrial Cyber Security, Transition to Industry 4.0, Digital Product Development, Digital Product Manufacturing, Marketing, Sales, Business Finance, Development of Business Plan for 652 employees from all less developed regions (Centru, South-East, South Muntenia, North-East, North-East, North-West, West, South-West Oltenia). Competitiveness on the labour market is directly determined by the level of education and the quality of the educational training of the human resource. The general objective of the project will generate in the medium and long term positive effects in terms of human capital development and increase the adaptability of employees on the labour market by ensuring the consistency between professional training and job requirements and generating new opportunities for employees to successfully integrate into a modern labour market. The contribution of the project to the achievement of the Programme Specific Objective 6.12 “Increasing participation in continuous vocational training programmes, with a focus on those low-skilled adults and people over 40 years old, from disadvantaged rural areas, including through the recognition and certification of learning outcomes acquired in non-formal and informal contexts” is justified by the project activities aimed at increasing participation in continuous training programs for a target group of 652 employees: — professional counseling and tutoring activities in order to encourage participation in CVT programs (through personality assessment, skills development and self-confidence); — professional training activities in which 652 employees will acquire professional skills (related to the courses followed) that will allow them to carry out specific activities in the workplace; activities to organise an online information and awareness campaign on the importance of participating in CVT programs. This project, through the proposed interventions and activities, contributes to the achievement of the thematic objective 10. “Investments in education, training and training for skills and lifelong learning” by increasing participation in CVT, in particular through the professional counselling and tutoring activity, which will consider supporting employees to advance their careers, professional training playing a key role in this process, as well as by organising the FPC Industrial Cybersecurity programmes, Transition to Industry 4.0, Digital Product Development, Digital Manufacturing of Products, Marketing, Va (English)
