    Obiectivul proiectului il reprezinta facilitarea tranzitiei de la educatie la viata activa prin dobandirea de competente practice si participare la activitati inovative pentru 321 de studenti din cadrul Facultatilor de Geografie, Educatie Fizica si Sport si Stiinta si Ingineria Mediului. Proiectul contribuie la realizarea Obiectivului tematic 10: Efectuarea de investitii in domeniul educatiei, al formarii si al formarii profesionale in vederea dobandirii de competente si a invatarii pe tot parcursul vietii, respectiv Obiectivului specific 6.13: Cresterea numarului absolventilor de invatamant tertiar universitar si non universitar care isi gasesc un loc de munca urmare a accesului la activitati de invatare la un potential loc de munca/cercetare/inovare, cu accent pe sectoarele economice cu potential competitiv identificate conform SNC si domeniile de specializare inteligenta conform SNCDI. Prin includerea studentilor de la Facultatile de Geografie, Stiinta si Ingineria Mediului si Educatie Fizica si Sport se pune accent in proiect pe trei dintre sectoarele economice cu potential competitiv identificate conform SNC: Turism si ecoturism, Energie si management de mediu, Tehnologia informatiilor si comunicatiilor, precum si pe doua dintre domeniile de specializare inteligenta conform SNCDI: Energie, mediu si schimbari climatice, Sanatate. Prin activitatile propuse in cadrul proiectului (organizarea si derularea de stagii de practica, furnizarea de servicii de consiliere si orientare profesionala, furnizarea de activitati inovative sub forma unor programe de invatare prin experienta practica, infiintarea unei intreprinderi simulate), studentii vor dobandi competente care sa le fie utile in vederea tranzitiei de la scoala la viata activa, crescand astfel numarul absolventilor care isi gasesc un loc de munca. Prin asigurarea conditiilor necesare participarii studentilor la activitatile desfasurate la un inalt nivel calitativ, studentii isi vor insusi competentele de munca si experienta necesare unei tranzitii facile spre piata muncii.     The objective of the project is to facilitate the transition from education to active life by acquiring practical skills and participation in innovative activities for 321 students from the Faculty of Geography, Physical Education and Sport and Environmental Science and Engineering. The project contributes to the achievement of Thematic Objective 10: Making investments in the field of education, training and training in order to acquire skills and lifelong learning, respectively specific objective 6.13: Increasing the number of graduates of tertiary and non-university education who find a job due to access to learning activities to a potential job/research/innovation, with a focus on economic sectors with competitive potential identified according to NCNS and fields of intelligent specialisation according to SNCDI. By including students from the Faculty of Geography, Environmental Science and Engineering and Physical Education and Sport, the project focuses on three of the economic sectors with competitive potential identified according to SNC: Tourism and ecotourism, Energy and environmental management, Information and communication technology, as well as on two of the areas of intelligent specialisation according to SNCDI: Energy, environment and climate change, Health. Through the proposed activities within the project (organising and conducting internships, providing counselling and professional guidance services, providing innovative activities in the form of practical learning programs, setting up a simulated enterprise), students will acquire competent skills that will be useful for their transition from school to active life, thus increasing the number of graduates who find a job. By providing the necessary conditions for the participation of students in the activities carried out at a high level of quality, the students will acquire the skills and experience necessary for an easy transition to the labour market.
