Obiectivul general al proiectului il constituie imbunatatirea competivitatii economice prin cresterea productivitatii muncii in ARCADE DOORS SRL in sectorul competitiv lemn si mobila identificat in SNC, cu asigurarea principiilor dezvoltarii sustenabile, utilizarea in mod eficient a resurselor si valorificarea potentialului de inovare si de asimilare a progresului tehnologic in cadrul societatii. Scopul acestui proiect este de a permite societatii S.C. ARCADE DOORS S.R.L. o amplasare pe piata producatorilor de mobilier pentru spatiile de birou, prin diversificarea activitatii si achizitia de echipamente moderne. Proiectul contribuie la realizarea: - obiectivelor Programului Operational Regional 2014 -2020 prin cresterea competitivitatii economice a societatilor producatoare de mobilier pentru spatiile de birouri ,care contribuie la imbunatatirea conditiilor de viata ale comunitatilor locale si regionale din Regiunea Sud Muntenia prin utilizarea resurselor umane ca potential endogen al regiunii Sud Muntenia, prin introducerea de echipamente tehnologice de specialitate intr-un nou flux de productie, cu asigurarea principiilor dezvoltarii sustenabile, utilizarea eficienta a resuselor si valorificarea potentialului de inovare si de asimilare a progresului tehnologic. prioritarilor - prioritatilor strategice din perioada 2014-2020 ale Strategiei Nationale pentru Competitivitate: Prioritatea 4 “Promovarea celor 10 sectoare de viitor” in sectorul “Lemn si mobila” , in urma implementari proictului societatea diversificandu-si activitatea in domeniul de activitate ce face parte din grupa C – Industria prelucratoare, clasa 31 - Fabricarea de mobile, Cod CAEN - 3101 Fabricarea de mobila pentru birouri si magazine. - obiectivelor Strategiei Europa 2020 prin: • cresterea ratei de ocupare a fortei de munca, in urma implementarii proiectului crescand numarul de salariati cu 8 persoane • cresterea investitiilor in dezvoltare – inovare prin folosirea permanenta a strategiei de inovare /diversificare de produs si proces, imperios necesara în relatiile cu concurenta si pentru obtinerea unei rentabilitati ridicate a activitatii. • cresterea eficientei energetice, prin introducerea in noul flux tehnologic a unor echipamente tehnologice prietenoase cu mediul, cu un consum redus de energie electrica. • reducerea numarului persoanelor care sufera sau risca sa sufere de pe urma saraciei si a excluziunii sociale prin angajarea in urma implementarii proiectului a cel putin o persona din categoria grupuri defavorizate. The general objective of the project is to improve economic competitiveness by increasing labor productivity in ARCADE DOORS SRL in the competitive wood and furniture sector identified in SNC, ensuring the principles of sustainable development, efficient use of resources and valorisation of the potential for innovation and assimilation of technological progress within the company. The purpose of this project is to allow S.C. ARCADE DOORS S.R.L. a location on the market of furniture manufacturers for office spaces, by diversifying the activity and acquisition of modern equipment. The project contributes to the achievement of: the objectives of the Regional Operational Programme 2014-2020 by increasing the economic competitiveness of companies producing furniture for office spaces, which contribute to improving the living conditions of local and regional communities in the South Muntenia Region by using human resources as endogenous potential of the South Muntenia region, by introducing specialised technological equipment in a new production flow, ensuring the principles of sustainable development, efficient use of resources and capitalisation of the potential for innovation and assimilation of technological progress. Priority 4 “Promoting the 10 sectors of the future” in the “Wood and Furniture” sector, following the implementation of the project, the company diversifys its activity in the field of activity belonging to Group C – Processing industry, class 31 – Manufacture of furniture, CAEN Code – 3101 Manufacture of furniture for offices and shops. — the objectives of the Europe 2020 strategy by: • increasing the employment rate, following the implementation of the project, increasing the number of employees by 8 people • increasing investment in development – innovation through the permanent use of the innovation/product and process diversification strategy, imperatively necessary in the relations with the competition and in order to achieve a high profitability of the activity. • increasing energy efficiency by introducing in the new technological flow environmentally friendly technological equipment with low electricity consumption. • reducing the number of people suffering or at risk of suffering from poverty and social exclusion by employing at least one person from disadvantaged groups following the implementation of the project.
