Proiectul „Reabilitare, consolidare si modernizare monument istoric; schimbare in destinație centru cultural -Gheorghe Zamfir-”, are ca obiectiv general valorificarea durabilă a Casei Ciubuc, ca urmare a conservării și restaurării clădirii aferente acesteia, în vederea diversificării ofertei turistice care să conducă la stimularea dezvoltării locale atât în perioada de 24 de luni după semnarea contractului de finanțare, cât și în perioada de sustenabilitate. The project "Rehabilitation, consolidation and modernisation of historical monument; change in destination cultural center -Gheorghe Zamfir-" has as general objective the sustainable valorisation of the Ciubuc House, as a result of the preservation and restoration of the related building, in order to diversify the tourist offer that will stimulate local development both in the 24 months after the signature of the financing contract and during the sustainability period.
