Compania Expert Recycling intentioneaza sa efectueze investitia propusa prin proiect in domeniul tocarii si spalarii deseurilor din ambalaje de plastic, avand ca scop final reciclarea lor. Compania a fost infiintata in 2007, fiind o companie matura, cu o experienta bogata in domeniul coordonarii si al reciclarii deseurilor. In 2016, Expert Recycling a colectat si procesat 5000 tone de deseuri de plastic. Fluxul operational al firmei impune ca acest plastic sa fie sortat si vandut mai departe clientilor firmei care il prelucreaza ca materie prima secundara pentru alte industrii. In 2017, compania preconizeaza o crestere de 20% a volumelor de deseuri de plastic tranzactionate, la o valoare de peste 6000 tone. In domeniul prelucrarii deseurilor de plastic piata este subdimensionata, cererea fiind mult mai mare decat oferta. Avand in vedere, de asemenea, cantitatea de deseuri de plastic colectata/sortata lunar si capacitatile de prelucrare a acestui deseu, se poate creste substantial marja de profit prin prelucrarea interna a deseurilor colectate de companie si vanzarea lor ca fulgi spalati de deseu de plastic, procesul de tocare si spalare crescandu-le pretul si, implicit, marja de profit a companiei. In piata este o competitie acerba intre clientii companiei (companiile care au echipamentele necesare pentru prelucrarea deseului de plastic), deoarece materia prima de calitate pentru ei (fulgii spalati de deseu de plastic) se gaseste rar. In urma realizarii investitiei, Expert Recycling SRL va trece toata cantitatea de deseuri de plastic pe care o tranzactioneaza prin linia de tocare si spalare, crescand marja de profit obtinuta prin vanzarea acestui deseu. Scopul proiectului este achizitionarea unei linii de tocare si spalare deseuri de plastic si adaptarea mijloacelor curente ale companiei cu scopul utilizarii cat mai eficienta a utilajelor. Expert Recycling intends to make the investment proposed through the project in the field of chopping and washing of plastic packaging waste, with the ultimate aim of recycling it. The company was founded in 2007, being a mature company with a rich experience in the field of waste coordination and recycling. In 2016, Expert Recycling collected and processed 5000 tons of plastic waste. The operational flow of the company requires that this plastic be sorted and sold on to the clients of the company that processes it as secondary raw material for other industries. In 2017, the company expects a 20 % increase in volumes of plastic waste traded, at a value of over 6000 tons. In the field of plastic waste processing the market is undersised, the demand being much higher than the supply. Considering also the amount of plastic waste collected/sorted monthly and the processing capacities of this waste, the profit margin can be substantially increased by internal processing of the waste collected by the company and selling it as flakes washed by plastic waste, the chopping and washing process increasing their price and, implicitly, the company’s profit margin. In the market there is a fierce competition between the company’s clients (the companies that have the necessary equipment to process plastic waste), because the quality raw material for them (washed plastic strips) is rarely found. Following the investment, Expert Recycling SRL will pass all the plastic waste it trades through the chopping and washing line, increasing the profit margin obtained by selling this waste. The aim of the project is to purchase a plastic waste chopping and washing line and to adapt the company’s current means in order to use the machinery as efficiently as possible. (English)
