Obiectivul principal al proiectului il constituie imbunatatirea competitivitatii intreprinderii GLENCORA IMPEX SRL prin realizarea unei investitii initiale in domeniul tratarii si eliminarii deseurilor periculoase (pamant contaminat) si diversificarea activitatii unitatii existente. Proiectul initiat de societatea GLENCORA IMPEX SRL este in conformitate cu obiectivul specific al axei prioritare 2 ”Imbunatatirea competitivitatii intreprinderilor mici si mijlocii” si a prioritatii de investitii 2.2. ”Sprijinirea crearii si extinderea capacitatilor avansate de productie si dezvoltarea serviciilor” ale Programul Operational Regional 2014-2020, de imbunatatire a competitivitatii economice prin cresterea productivitatii muncii in IMM-uri in sectoarele competitive identificate in Strategia Nationala pentru Competitivitate. Societatea GLENCORA IMPEX SRL este o intreprindere interesata de satisfacerea cerinţelor clientilor prin asigurarea de servicii de calitate in domeniul tratarii si transformarii deseurilor periculoase, transport, inchirieri si demolari constructii. Satisfacerea cerintelor clientilor reprezinta modalitatea optima de crestere, pentru dezvoltarea activitatii desfasurate in scopul cresterii dimensiunii pietei adresate. Serviciile prestate in urma implementarii proiectului de investitii va avea o calitate superioara si un pret competitiv. Pentru activitatea de tratare si tranformare, se va utiliza o tehnologie moderna, performanta si eficienta. Consolidarea avantajului competitiv al societatii garanteaza performanta activitatii societatii pe termen mediu si lung si extinderea pozitiei ocupate de firma pe piata pe care activeaza (tratare/eliminare/transformare deseuri periculoase). Realizarea proiectului de investitii propus de societatea GLENCORA IMPEX SRL asigura dezvoltarea infrastructurii materiale a intreprinderii, aspect care va contribui la cresterea productivitatii muncii in cadrul intreprinderii, imbunatatirea competitivitatii si la cresterea vanzarilor, avand impact asupra consolidarii si dezvoltarii sectorului de tratare, eliminare si tranformare a deseurilor periculoase, din care face parte. Aceste aspecte contribuie direct la atingerea obiectivului specific al Axei 2 PI 2.2 de dezvoltare si mentinere a unui avantaj competitiv al IMM-urilor care isi desfasoara activitatea in domenii cu potential competitiv identificate in Strategia Nationala de Competitivitate. The main objective of the project is to improve the competitiveness of GLENCORA IMPEX SRL by making an initial investment in the field of treatment and disposal of hazardous waste (contaminated land) and diversifying the activity of the existing unit. The project initiated by GLENCORA IMPEX SRL is in line with the specific objective of Priority Axis 2 “Improving the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises” and investment priority 2.2. “Supporting the creation and expansion of advanced production capacities and service development” of the Regional Operational Programme 2014-2020, to improve economic competitiveness by increasing labour productivity in SMEs in competitive sectors identified in the National Strategy for Competitiveness. GLENCORA IMPEX SRL is an enterprise interested in meeting customer requirements by providing quality services in the field of treatment and transformation of hazardous waste, transport, renting and demolition of constructions. Satisfying customer requirements is the optimal way of growth, for the development of the activity carried out in order to increase the size of the addressed market. The services provided following the implementation of the investment project will have a superior quality and a competitive price. For the treatment and processing activity, a modern technology, performance and efficiency will be used. Strengthening the competitive advantage of the company guarantees the performance of the company’s activity in the medium and long term and the expansion of the position occupied by the company on the market in which it operates (treatment/disposal/transformation of hazardous waste). The realisation of the investment project proposed by GLENCORA IMPEX SRL ensures the development of the enterprise’s material infrastructure, which will contribute to increasing the productivity of the enterprise’s work, improving competitiveness and increasing sales, having an impact on the consolidation and development of the hazardous waste treatment, disposal and transformation sector. These aspects contribute directly to achieving the specific objective of Axis 2 PI 2.2 to develop and maintain a competitive advantage of SMEs operating in areas with competitive potential identified in the National Competitiveness Strategy.
