Obiectivul general al proiectului este reducerea fenomenului abandonului școlar în regiunea Belciugatele - Fundulea. Acest obiectiv se referă atât la prevenirea părăsirii timpurii a școlii (prin măsuri de tip general sau individualizat), cât și la creșterea numărului persoanelor care, după ce au abandonat școala, s-au reintegrat în sistemul de învățământ. Așadar, reducerea fenomenului abandonului școlar implică, în proiectul de față, atât măsuri de prevenție, cât și măsuri reparative. La atingerea obiectivului general contribuie toate activitățile planificate și toate rezultate prevăzute. Proiectul va genera efecte pozitive, pe termen lung, datorită următoarelor aspecte: - noile curricula dezvoltate pentru nivelul preșcolar și cel școlar, elaborate pentru a răspunde nevoilor de dezvoltare și formare armonioasă ale copiilor, vor avea consecințe benefice pentru membrii GT și pentru următoarele generații de copii ce vor învăța în școlile țintă; astfel, copiii vor fi mai bine pregătiți atât din punctul de vedere al competențelor și abilităților, cât și din punctul de vedere al atitudinilor și valorilor pe care aceste noi curricula îi vor ajuta să și le dezvolte; de asemenea, modul atractiv și interactiv de desfășurare a activităților prevăzute îi va apropia de copii de școală, îi va face să vină cu plăcere la grădiniță/școală, reducând astfel riscul de abandon școlar și contribuind la construirea unei atitudini deschise, firești a copiilor față de școală, în general și față de școlile din Belciugatele si Fundulea, în particular; - diversele activități extracurriculare dezvoltate în proiect și destinate ante/preșcolarilor și elevilor contribuie, la rândul lor, la procesul formativ al copiilor, favorizând totodată prin caracterul lor atractiv și variat dezvoltarea unei atitudini pozitive față de școală, pe termen scurt, mediu și lung, inclusiv în rândul familiilor lor; - amenajarea și dotarea unor spații de grădiniță și de școală, conform principiilor grădiniței/școlii prietenoase, reprezintă un factor important pentru succesul proiectului, întrucât sprijină în mod esențial atât activitatea didactică, cât și dezvoltarea atitudinii pozitive a copiilor față de școală, element esențial pentru a se produce schimbările vizate de proiect; educatorii și profesorii vor fi, de asemenea, afectați pozitiv de această măsură, întrucât își vor desfășura orele în condiții mai bune și vor fi mai motivați în munca lor cotidiană; - activitățile de educație parentală contribuie într-o măsură importantă la dezvoltarea unor relații bazate pe comunicare și respect mutual între copii și părinți, care să reprezinte totodată contextul favorabil formării armonioase copiilor, acasă și la școală; consecințele acestei intervenții sunt așadar, de durată și privesc atât părinții, cât și copiii, dar și pe ceilalți membri ai familiilor; - programul tip ”A doua șansă” îmbunătățește competențele și abilitățile persoanelor care se întorc în sistemul de învățământ și le oferă ș (Romanian)

The general objective of the project is to reduce the phenomenon of school dropout in the Belciugatele – Fundulea region. This objective concerns both the prevention of early school leaving (through general or individualised measures) and the increase in the number of people who, after leaving school, have re-entered the education system. Therefore, reducing the phenomenon of early school leaving involves, in this project, both preventive and remedial measures. All planned activities and deliverables shall contribute to the achievement of the general objective. The project will generate positive long-term effects due to the following aspects: — the new curricula developed for pre-school and school levels, developed to meet children’s harmonious development and training needs, will have beneficial consequences for TG members and for the next generations of children who will learn in target schools; in this way, children will be better trained both in terms of competences and skills and in terms of the attitudes and values that these new curricula will help to develop; moreover, the attractive and interactive way of carrying out the planned activities will bring them closer to school children, make them happy to come to kindergarten/school, thus reducing the risk of school dropouts and helping to build an open, natural attitude of children towards school in general and towards the schools in Belciugatele and Fundulea in particular; — the various extracurricular activities developed in the project and aimed at pre-schoolers and pupils also contribute to the formative process of children, while encouraging the development of a positive attitude towards school in the short, medium and long term, including among their families, through their attractive and varied nature; the development and equipping of kindergarten and school facilities, in line with the principles of friendly kindergarten/school, is an important factor for the success of the project, as it essentially supports both the teaching activity and the development of children’s positive attitude towards school, which is essential for the changes targeted by the project; educators and teachers will also be positively affected by this measure, as they will take their hours in better conditions and be more motivated in their daily work; — parental education activities contribute to an important extent to the development of relationships based on communication and mutual respect between children and parents, which also represent the context conducive to harmonious training for children at home and at school; the consequences of this intervention are therefore lasting and concern both parents and children and other family members; — the “Second Chance” programme improves the skills and competences of people who return to the education system and offer them and (English)
