Obiectivul general al proiectului este cresterea participarii la formare profesionala continua (FPC) si dezvoltarea competentelor profesionale, cunostintelor si aptitudinilor pentru un numar seminificativ de angajati (654) in domeniul competentelor digitale, administrare si social, cu accent pe persoanele cu un nivel scazut de calificare, cu varsta de peste 40 ani si din zone rurale, prin programe de formare profesionala corelate cu nevoile pietei muncii, servicii de consiliere profesionala, respectiv prin furnizarea de date, instrumente, metode si practici inovative de dezvoltare a competentelor si de adaptare continua la evolutiile pietei muncii. Proiectul are un impact semnificativ la nivelul regiunii Vest deoarece isi propune formarea profesionala a unui numar mare de persoane (654 persoane - cu mult peste tinta minima de 500 persoane) in vederea dezvoltarii competentelor profesionale, astfel incat angajatii vor deveni competitivi si vor activa in firme competitive, fapt care va genera dezvoltarea economica si sociala a intregii regiuni. In plus, efectele pozitive vor fi de durata deoarece participantii vor fi constientizati si instruiti sa invete permanent oricand si oriunde, indiferent de locul de munca pe care il au, sa isi actualizeze cunostintele si competentele. Astfel, aplicarea conceptului de invatare pe tot parcursul vietii pentru dezvoltarea carierei profesionale a unui numar semnificativ de persoane va sprijini competitivitatea in contextul unei economii globale a cunoasterii bazată pe tehnologie. Avand in vedere experienta, rezultatele obtinute pana in prezent de S si P1 in domeniul formarii profesionale si sprijinirii resurselor umane, avantajele conferite de faptul ca implementeaza proiectul POCU DMI 3.12 Angajați competitivi în Regiunea Vest ID 128211 (proiect care a sprijina angajatii din intreprinderile din Regiunea Vest, care activeaza in domenii competitive), iar acest lucru a permis identificarea unor noi nevoi de dezvoltare a competentelor in domenii neabordate prin cursurile aferente proiectului ID 128211. Aceste avantaje alaturi de interesul identificat in randul angajatilor pentru participarea la prezentul proiect confera premisele ca proiectul sa produca efecte de durata atat in privinta cresterii participarii la formarea pe tot parcursul vietii/cresterii nivelului de competente a angajatilor, cat si in privinta stimularii si dezvoltarii competitivitatii angajatilor si angajatorilor, care la randul lor vor investi in viitorul apropiat in programe de formare profesionala pentru a actualiza permanent competentele propriilor angajati. The general objective of the project is to increase participation in continuous professional training (FPC) and to develop professional competences, knowledge and skills for a seminative number of employees (654) in the field of digital skills, administration and social skills, with a focus on people with a low level of qualification, over 40 years old and in rural areas, through vocational training programs related to the needs of the labour market, professional counseling services, respectively by providing innovative data, tools, methods and practices for skills development and continuous adaptation to labour market developments. The project has a significant impact at West level because it aims to train a large number of people (654 people – well above the minimum target of 500 people) in order to develop professional skills, so that the employees will become competitive and will work in competitive companies, which will generate the economic and social development of the entire region. In addition, the positive effects will be lasting because participants will be aware and trained to learn permanently at any time and anywhere, regardless of their workplace, to update their knowledge and skills. Thus, applying the concept of lifelong learning for professional career development of a significant number of people will support competitiveness in the context of a global technology-based knowledge economy. Taking into account the experience, the results achieved so far by S and P1 in the field of professional training and human resources support, the advantages of implementing POCU DMI 3.12 Competitive employees in the West Region ID 128211 (project to support employees from enterprises in the West Region, working in competitive fields), and this has allowed to identify new needs for developing skills in areas not addressed by the courses related to the ID 128211 project. These advantages along with the interest identified among the employees in participating in this project give the prerequisites for the project to produce lasting effects both in terms of increasing participation in lifelong training/increasing the level of competence of employees, as well as in terms of stimulating and developing the competitiveness of employees and employers, who in turn will invest in the near future in vocational training programs to continuously update the competencies of their employees.
