Cresterea gradului de accesibilitate a zonelor rurale si urbane din judetul Brasov situate în proximitatea retelei TEN-T prin modernizarea drumului interjudetean DJ 104A, DJ105C si DJ105P format din DJ 104A km 0+000-45+000, DJ 105C km 6+300-3+800, DJ 105P 0+000-3+800. Modernizarea drumului conduce la îmbunatatirea parametrilor relevanti - cresterea vitezei, sigurantei rutiere, portantei, etc., a retelei de drumuri judetene care asigura conectivitatea, directa sau indirecta cu reteaua TEN-T. Realizarea acestui obiectiv conduce la asigurarea unei dezvoltari durabile a judetului Brasov si îndeplinirea obiectivelor propuse în Strategia de Dezvoltare a Durabila a Judetului Brasov 2013-2020-2030. Proiectul contribuie la realizarea obiectivelor prioritatii de investitie prin modernizarea a 49,039 km de drum judetean ca traseu de dezvoltare si ca varianta viabila de ocolire a drumului national DN1 Sibiu - Brasov - Bucuresti cu legaturi directe spre: • Brasov: DJ 104 A – Sinca - DN 73A si Zarnesti – Brasov; • Bucuresti: DJ 104A - Sinca – DN 73A Zarnesti - Râsnov si DN 73 Râsnov – Predeal – Sinaia –Bucuresti; • Pitesti: DJ 104A- Sinca – DN 73A Zarnesti si DN 73 Râsnov – Bran – Rucar – Câmpulung Muscel – Pitesti; • Brasov: DJ 104A Victoria – DN 7C – DN 1 Sibiu. descongestionând traficul din zona DN1 Sibiu – Brasov, facilitând legatura cu judetele limitrofe. Dezvoltarea acestei retele de transport va contribui semnificativ la dezvoltarea si cresterea competitivitatii întreprinderilor mici si mijlocii din zona, a mobilitatii fortei de munca spre Orasul Victoria, Municipiul Fagaras, Municipiul Brasov si Municipiul Sibiu, principalii poli economici industriali existenti in zona si va facilita accesul catre furnizorii de servicii de sanatate si educatie. Increasing the accessibility of rural and urban areas in Brasov county located close to the TEN-T network by upgrading the inter-county road DJ 104A, DJ105C and DJ105P consisting of DJ 104A km 0+ 000-45+ 000, DJ 105C km 6+ 300-3+ 800, DJ 105P 0+ 000-3+ 800. The modernisation of the road leads to the improvement of the relevant parameters – the increase of speed, road safety, load-bearing, etc., of the county road network that ensures connectivity, direct or indirect with the TEN-T network. The achievement of this objective leads to ensuring a sustainable development of Brasov county and achieving the objectives proposed in the Brasov County Sustainable Development Strategy 2013-2020-2030. The project contributes to the objectives of the investment priority by modernising 49.039 km of county road as a development route and as a viable bypass of the national road DN1 Sibiu – Brasov – Bucharest with direct links to: • Brasov: DJ 104 A – Sinca – DN 73A and Zarnesti – Brasov; • Bucharest: DJ 104A – Sinca – DN 73A Zarnesti – Râsnov and DN 73 Râsnov – Predeal – Sinaia – Bucharest; • Pitesti: DJ 104A- Sinca – DN 73A Zarnesti and DN 73 Râsnov – Bran – Rucar – Campulung Muscel – Pitesti; • Brasov: DJ 104A Victoria – DN 7C – DN 1 Sibiu. decongesting traffic in the DN1 Sibiu – Brasov area, facilitating the connection with neighbouring counties. The development of this transport network will contribute significantly to developing and increasing the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises in the area, of labour mobility to Victoria City, Fagaras Municipality, Brasov Municipality and Sibiu, the main industrial economic poles existing in the area and will facilitate access to health and education providers.
