Proiectul vizeaza cresterea gradului de incluziune sociala a membrilor comunitatilor marginalizate care includ populatie de etnie roma, prin masuri integrate de ocupare, locuire , educatie, formare profesionala, sanatate si asistenta sociala in scopul reducerii fenomenului de saracie generalizata. Obiectivul general al proiectului genereaza un efect pozitiv pe termen lung prin diminuarea fenomenului de saracie generalizata. Prin obiectivul general si cele specifice ale proiectul contribuie la realizarea obiectivului major al ,,POCU 2014-2020 care urmareste dezvoltarea resurselor umane prin cresterea accesului la un sistem de educatie si formare profesionala de calitate, stimularea ocuparii, cu precadere pentru tineri, reducerea saraciei si a excluziunii sociale prin facilitarea accesului de servicii sociale si de sanatate,, proiectul urmarind reducerea saraciei excesive in comunitatile marginalizate cu cetateni de etnie roma prin masuri de ocupare, educatie si formare profesionala, asistenta sociala si medicala precum si alte masuri menite sa ajute aceste categorii sociale. De asemenea, proiectul contribuie prin interventiile pe care le promoveaza la realizarea obiectivului specific 4.1. Reducerea numarului de persoane aflate în risc de saracie si excluziune sociala din comunitatile marginalizate în care exista populaþie apartinând minoritatii rome (acele comunitati în care populatia apartinând minoritatii rome reprezinta minim 10% din totalul populatiei la nivelul comunitatii) prin masurile enumerate mai sus care vor servi in final la ridicarea nivelului de trai in comunitatea marginalizata in care se implementeaza proiectul, generand un efect pozitiv pe termen lung, prin implementarea de masuri integrate. Asadar obiectivul general al proiectului va facilita si implementarea Pachetului Anti-Saracie, promovat de Guvernul României. (Romanian)

The project aims to increase the level of social inclusion of members of marginalised communities that include Roma, through integrated measures of employment, housing, education, vocational training, health and social assistance in order to reduce the phenomenon of generalised poverty. The overall objective of the project generates a long-term positive effect by reducing the phenomenon of generalised poverty. Through the general objective and the specific ones of the project contribute to the achievement of the major objective of,POCU 2014-2020, which aims to develop human resources by increasing access to a quality education and training system, stimulating employment, especially for young people, reducing poverty and social exclusion by facilitating access to social and health services, the project aiming to reduce excessive poverty in marginalised communities with Roma citizens through measures of employment, education and training, social and medical assistance and other measures designed to help these social categories. The project also contributes through the interventions it promotes to the achievement of specific objective 4.1. Reducing the number of people at risk of poverty and social exclusion in marginalised communities in which there is a population belonging to the Roma minority (those communities where the population belonging to the Roma minority represents at least 10 % of the total population in the community) through the measures listed above that will ultimately serve to raise the standard of living in the marginalised community in which the project is implemented, generating a long-term positive effect, through the implementation of integrated measures. Therefore, the overall objective of the project will also facilitate the implementation of the Anti-Saracie Package, promoted by the Romanian Government. (English)
