Obiectivul general al acestei investiţii îl constituie amenajarea unei zone de agrement si construirea unui centru multifunctional, pentru cetatenii municipiului Turda, dotat cu cladire multifunctionala ce va adaposti diverse functiuni, pavilion pentru evenimente in aer liber, locuri de joaca pentru copii divizate pe categorii de varste, patinoar, trasee pietonale si de biciclisti pe intreg complexul, amenajari pesaigere, toatea acestea impreuna cu anexele si dotarile specifice acestor programe ajutand la imbunatatirea imaginii orasului si contribuind la ridicarea calitatii vietii populatiei in zona atat pe termen scurt cat si pe termen mediu si lung. Proiectul propus spre finantare contribuie prin incidenta directa la obiectivele Programului Operational Regional, la crearea unui sistem unitar si comprehensiv de servicii cultural-recreative integrate, capabil sa asigure incluziunea sociala a tuturor categoriilor vulnerabile, precum si la calitatea vietii persoanei, în general. The general objective of this investment is to set up a recreational area and to build a multifunctional center for the citizens of Turda, equipped with a multifunctional building that will accommodate various functions, pavilion for outdoor events, playgrounds for children divided into age categories, rinks, pedestrian and cyclist trails throughout the complex, landscape designs, all together with the annexes and facilities specific to these programs, helping to improve the city’s image and helping to raise the quality of life of the population in the area both in the short term and in the medium and long term. The project proposed for funding contributes through the direct incident to the objectives of the Regional Operational Programme, to the creation of a unitary and comprehensive system of integrated cultural-recreative services, capable of ensuring the social inclusion of all vulnerable groups, as well as to the quality of life of the person in general.
